【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后,各個(gè)行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)都日益激烈,消費(fèi)者的需求已不僅僅限于有形產(chǎn)品,而對(duì)售后服務(wù)提出了更多的要求,企業(yè)逐漸將競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)到售后服務(wù)上來。企業(yè)為了滿足客戶不斷提高的期望,不斷迎合客戶變化的需求,勢(shì)必會(huì)導(dǎo)致大量庫(kù)存。在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中,庫(kù)存管理已成為一個(gè)越來越重要的管理環(huán)節(jié),優(yōu)秀的庫(kù)存管理可以幫助企業(yè)降低成本、維持高水平的客戶滿意度、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力并提高盈利能力。本文針對(duì)FC公司售后服務(wù)回收物料庫(kù)存管理展開了研究,主要解決了導(dǎo)致回收物料庫(kù)存過高的兩個(gè)問題：客戶需求變化較快和不良回收物料維修周期過長(zhǎng)。論文通過對(duì)FC公司售后服務(wù)回收物料的庫(kù)存管理的優(yōu)化,有效降低了公司庫(kù)存管理成本,保證客戶服務(wù)水平,提升企業(yè)利潤(rùn)。論文在對(duì)FC公司售后服務(wù)回收物料庫(kù)存存在的問題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,引入基于時(shí)間序列的需求預(yù)測(cè)方法對(duì)客戶需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),并在需求預(yù)測(cè)改善的基礎(chǔ)上,采用多種庫(kù)存管理策略應(yīng)用到回收物料的庫(kù)存管理中來。同時(shí),論文運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的庫(kù)存管理理論,在FC公司推行了供應(yīng)商庫(kù)存管理方法。通過售后服務(wù)回收物料庫(kù)存優(yōu)化方案的實(shí)施,FC公司庫(kù)存管理的三大指標(biāo)(庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)天數(shù)、呆滯庫(kù)存比例、不良庫(kù)存比例)均有20%的提升,有效提升了庫(kù)存管理水平,大幅度降低了庫(kù)存成本。論文研究提出的需求預(yù)測(cè)方法和供應(yīng)商庫(kù)存管理方案,對(duì)解決具有季節(jié)性需求的企業(yè)需求預(yù)測(cè)和庫(kù)存管理問題,具有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, competition in various industries is becoming increasingly fierce. Consumer demand is not limited to tangible products, but more requirements have been put forward for after-sales service. Enterprises gradually shift the focus of competition to after-sales service. In order to meet the increasing expectations of customers and meet the changing needs of customers, enterprises will inevitably lead to a large amount of inventory. In modern enterprise management, inventory management has become an increasingly important part of management, excellent inventory management can help enterprises reduce costs, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and improve profitability. In this paper, the inventory management of after-sales service recycled materials in FC Company is studied, which mainly solves the two problems that lead to the excessive inventory of recovered materials: the rapid change of customer demand and the long maintenance period of bad recovered materials. By optimizing the inventory management of after-sales service materials recovered by FC Company, the paper effectively reduces the cost of inventory management, ensures the level of customer service, and promotes the profits of enterprises. Based on the detailed analysis of the problems existing in the after-sales service of FC Company, this paper introduces the time series based demand forecasting method to forecast the customer demand, and improves the demand forecast. A variety of inventory management strategies are applied to the inventory management of recycled materials. At the same time, the paper applies the theory of inventory management in supply chain environment to implement the method of supplier inventory management in FC Company. Through the implementation of after-sales service material inventory optimization program, FC company inventory management of the three indicators (inventory turnover days, stagnant inventory ratio, bad inventory ratio) have 20% promotion, effectively improve the level of inventory management, Greatly reduced inventory costs. The method of demand forecasting and supplier inventory management are studied in this paper, which can be used as guidance and reference for solving the problem of enterprise demand forecasting and inventory management with seasonal demand.
