FC公司售后服務(wù)回收物料庫存管理研究
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, competition in various industries is becoming increasingly fierce. Consumer demand is not limited to tangible products, but more requirements have been put forward for after-sales service. Enterprises gradually shift the focus of competition to after-sales service. In order to meet the increasing expectations of customers and meet the changing needs of customers, enterprises will inevitably lead to a large amount of inventory. In modern enterprise management, inventory management has become an increasingly important part of management, excellent inventory management can help enterprises reduce costs, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and improve profitability. In this paper, the inventory management of after-sales service recycled materials in FC Company is studied, which mainly solves the two problems that lead to the excessive inventory of recovered materials: the rapid change of customer demand and the long maintenance period of bad recovered materials. By optimizing the inventory management of after-sales service materials recovered by FC Company, the paper effectively reduces the cost of inventory management, ensures the level of customer service, and promotes the profits of enterprises. Based on the detailed analysis of the problems existing in the after-sales service of FC Company, this paper introduces the time series based demand forecasting method to forecast the customer demand, and improves the demand forecast. A variety of inventory management strategies are applied to the inventory management of recycled materials. At the same time, the paper applies the theory of inventory management in supply chain environment to implement the method of supplier inventory management in FC Company. Through the implementation of after-sales service material inventory optimization program, FC company inventory management of the three indicators (inventory turnover days, stagnant inventory ratio, bad inventory ratio) have 20% promotion, effectively improve the level of inventory management, Greatly reduced inventory costs. The method of demand forecasting and supplier inventory management are studied in this paper, which can be used as guidance and reference for solving the problem of enterprise demand forecasting and inventory management with seasonal demand.
