【摘要】:正近年來,中國快速消費品行業(yè)面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。首先,人員成本、原材料成本上漲擠壓著企業(yè)的利潤空間。同時,白酒、啤酒等多個行業(yè)都遭遇經(jīng)濟增速趨緩、庫存偏高的問題,"消化庫存"成為很多企業(yè)的工作重點之一。其次,電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展給消費市場帶來了巨大變化,線上線下多種銷售模式的競爭與融合發(fā)展,使快消品企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈管理與物流運作日趨復(fù)雜。第三,快消品市場競爭加劇,消費者不斷對產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)提出新的要求,同時,政府對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全等方面的管控力度也不斷加大。面對這些變化,快消品企業(yè)需要更有競爭力,更有效率,從供應(yīng)鏈和物流優(yōu)化中
