【摘要】：近年來(lái),農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)剩、賣(mài)價(jià)居高不下等問(wèn)題頻繁出現(xiàn),導(dǎo)致許多農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售無(wú)路,農(nóng)民無(wú)力應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng),農(nóng)產(chǎn)品只能腐爛在生產(chǎn)原地,三農(nóng)問(wèn)題日益凸顯。增強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而形成農(nóng)業(yè)資源的高效整合利用,是發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)的唯一途徑。傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈,其產(chǎn)品流通過(guò)程要經(jīng)歷眾多中間環(huán)節(jié),因此流通成本高,流通效率低,而農(nóng)超對(duì)接模式的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈可以有效改善這些問(wèn)題,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)與超市的結(jié)合,能夠縮短農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通周期,為消費(fèi)者提供更安全、新鮮的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,對(duì)提升農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通效率和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有積極的作用。本文總結(jié)前人研究文獻(xiàn)后,開(kāi)展對(duì)農(nóng)超對(duì)接模式下蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的進(jìn)一步分析研究。通過(guò)選取并構(gòu)建更加科學(xué)的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,設(shè)計(jì)績(jī)效調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,選擇農(nóng)超對(duì)接超市、農(nóng)村合作社及蔬菜種植基地等進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研并發(fā)放問(wèn)卷。對(duì)農(nóng)超對(duì)接下蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈的整體績(jī)效運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)不同類(lèi)型的農(nóng)超對(duì)接供應(yīng)鏈的績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)比,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)目前農(nóng)超對(duì)接的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題,以及不同類(lèi)型農(nóng)超對(duì)接存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),并據(jù)此提出相關(guān)的管理建議,對(duì)優(yōu)化農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通提供積極的作用。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)農(nóng)超對(duì)接模式下蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效結(jié)果總體處于中等水平,在顧客維度和質(zhì)量安全維度績(jī)效水平較高。而農(nóng)超對(duì)接模式下蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈在運(yùn)營(yíng)流程維度和信息管理維度的績(jī)效水平相對(duì)較低。(2)通過(guò)縱向?qū)Ρ劝l(fā)現(xiàn),一體式模式的農(nóng)超對(duì)接蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈和契約式模式的農(nóng)超對(duì)接蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈在顧客維度、質(zhì)量安全維度和運(yùn)營(yíng)流程維度的績(jī)效皆高于聯(lián)盟式模式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the overproduction of agricultural products, high selling prices and other problems frequently appear, leading to the sale of many agricultural products, farmers are unable to cope with the market, agricultural products can only rot in production, the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has become increasingly prominent. The only way to develop agriculture is to strengthen the market competitiveness of agricultural products and form the efficient integration and utilization of agricultural resources. In the traditional agricultural product supply chain, the process of product circulation has many intermediate links, so the circulation cost is high, the circulation efficiency is low, and the agricultural product supply chain based on the agriculture super docking mode can effectively improve these problems. The combination of agricultural product supply and supermarket can shorten the circulation cycle of agricultural products, provide consumers with safer and fresh agricultural products, and play a positive role in improving the circulation efficiency and market competitiveness of agricultural products. After summarizing the previous research literature, this paper carries out further analysis and research on the performance evaluation of vegetable supply chain under the mode of agricultural super docking. Through the selection and construction of a more scientific performance evaluation index system, the design of performance questionnaire, the selection of agricultural supermarket, rural cooperatives and vegetable planting base for field investigation and distribution of questionnaires. The overall performance of vegetable supply chain is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the performance of different types of agricultural super joint supply chain is evaluated and compared, so as to find the current development situation and existing problems of agricultural super joint supply chain. And the advantages and disadvantages of different types of agricultural super docking, and then put forward the relevant management suggestions to optimize the circulation of agricultural products. The results are as follows: (1) the performance of vegetable supply chain is at the middle level, and the performance level is higher in customer dimension and quality and safety dimension. However, the performance level of vegetable supply chain in operation process dimension and information management dimension is relatively low under the mode of agricultural super docking. (2) through longitudinal comparison, we find that, The performance in customer dimension, quality safety dimension and operation process dimension of agricultural super docking vegetable supply chain of integrated mode and contract mode is higher than that of alliance mode.
