第四方物流企業(yè)風(fēng)險評價和分析

【摘要】:在對企業(yè)自身競爭力要求日益提高、市場競爭進(jìn)一步激烈的大背景下,傳統(tǒng)的、依托企業(yè)自身物流的運(yùn)作模式已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展步伐。第三方物流的誕生,確實在本質(zhì)上幫助企業(yè)解決供應(yīng)鏈物流問題,但受綜合技能、全球拓展能力以及集成技術(shù)限制,很難滿足一些企業(yè)特別是大型企業(yè)的物流需求。同時,第三方物流缺乏對資源的整合能力。在這樣一個大的背景下,第四方物流應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 本文以第四方物流、風(fēng)別識別、風(fēng)險管理、風(fēng)險防控、風(fēng)險評價等理論作為研究基礎(chǔ),采用文獻(xiàn)評述法、多學(xué)科交叉研究法、系統(tǒng)分析法、因果分析法、模型分析法、定量與定性相結(jié)合的研究方法、理論與實證相結(jié)合的方法,深入分析影響第四方物流的風(fēng)險因素,并從物流運(yùn)作模式著手研究,建立科學(xué)合理的風(fēng)險評估模型,做出正確評估,及時建立風(fēng)險防控機(jī)制,采取切實可行的風(fēng)險防控手段,確保我國第四方物流能夠有效控制風(fēng)險并得以健康發(fā)展。 本文的主要內(nèi)容及研究框架如下: 第1章緒論。從本文研究背景、現(xiàn)實意義出發(fā),梳理當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于第四方物流風(fēng)險主要研究成果,提出本文的研究方法,并介紹本文的研究內(nèi)容及框架。 第2章第四方物流相關(guān)理論概述。分析第四方物流產(chǎn)生的原因,提出第四方物流內(nèi)涵、概念,總結(jié)第四方物流的特征,,分析當(dāng)前第四方物流的運(yùn)作模式。 第3章第四方物流的風(fēng)險分析。從企業(yè)風(fēng)險的特點和分類、風(fēng)險識別方法開始,循序漸進(jìn)提出第四方物流業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險形成機(jī)理以及第四方物流的風(fēng)險防控。 第4章風(fēng)險測度模型及指標(biāo)構(gòu)建。逐一介紹風(fēng)險評估方法,包括增長曲線方法、logit方法以及層次分析法(AHP),并對各方法的適用性和合理性進(jìn)行分析比較。最終選擇AHP方法構(gòu)建風(fēng)險評價模型,并提出第四方物流企業(yè)風(fēng)險度量的層次劃分及指標(biāo)。 第5章基于吉林省國華物流集團(tuán)有限公司的案例分析。根據(jù)吉林省國華物流集團(tuán)有限公司相關(guān)信息,建立風(fēng)險評價指標(biāo)體現(xiàn),通過采用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價方法,對吉林省國華物流集團(tuán)有限公司的風(fēng)險狀況進(jìn)行評價。通過分析得出,吉林省國華物流集團(tuán)有限公司處于一般風(fēng)險狀態(tài),雖然該公司加強(qiáng)對風(fēng)險的預(yù)防和控制,但受內(nèi)外部因素影響,使得該公司運(yùn)作仍未達(dá)到理想狀態(tài),處于一般風(fēng)險狀態(tài)與該公司的現(xiàn)實情況基本相符。 最后是本文的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasing demands on enterprises' own competitiveness and further fierce market competition, the traditional operation mode of relying on enterprises' own logistics has been unable to adapt to the pace of development of enterprises. The birth of third party logistics (TPL) really helps enterprises solve supply chain logistics problems in essence, but it is difficult to meet the logistics needs of some enterprises, especially large enterprises, because of the constraints of comprehensive skills, global expansion ability and integrated technology. At the same time, third party logistics lacks the ability to integrate resources. In such a big background, the fourth party logistics came into being. In this paper, the fourth party logistics, wind identification, risk management, risk prevention and control, risk evaluation and other theories as the basis, using literature review method, multidisciplinary cross-research method, system analysis, causality analysis, model analysis, Quantitative and qualitative research methods, theoretical and empirical methods, in-depth analysis of the impact of the fourth party logistics risk factors, and from the logistics operation model to establish a scientific and reasonable risk assessment model, to make a correct assessment. The mechanism of risk prevention and control should be established in time, and the feasible means of risk prevention and control should be adopted to ensure that the fourth party logistics of our country can effectively control the risk and develop healthily. The main contents and research framework of this paper are as follows: chapter 1 introduction. Based on the background and practical significance of this paper, this paper reviews the main research results of the fourth party logistics risk at home and abroad, puts forward the research methods of this paper, and introduces the research content and framework of this paper. Chapter 2 summarizes the theory of fourth party logistics. This paper analyzes the causes of the fourth party logistics, puts forward the connotation and concept of the fourth party logistics, summarizes the characteristics of the fourth party logistics, and analyzes the current operation mode of the fourth party logistics. The third chapter is the risk analysis of the fourth party logistics. Starting with the characteristics and classification of enterprise risk and the risk identification method, the formation mechanism of the fourth party logistics business risk and the risk prevention and control of the fourth party logistics are put forward step by step. Chapter 4 risk measurement model and index construction. This paper introduces the risk assessment methods one by one, including the growth curve method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and analyzes and compares the applicability and rationality of each method. Finally, the AHP method is chosen to construct the risk evaluation model, and the hierarchical division and index of the fourth party logistics enterprise risk measurement are put forward. Chapter 5 is based on the case study of Jilin Guohua Logistics Group Co., Ltd. According to the relevant information of Guohua Logistics Group Co., Ltd in Jilin Province, the risk evaluation index is established, and the risk status of Guohua Logistics Group Co., Ltd in Jilin Province is evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through analysis, it is concluded that Jilin Guohua Logistics Group Co., Ltd. is in a general risk state. Although the company strengthens the prevention and control of risk, it is affected by internal and external factors, which makes the operation of the company still not reach the ideal state. In a general state of risk and the company's reality is basically in line with the situation. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is given.
