【摘要】：我國(guó)的民機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展采用“主制造商-供應(yīng)商”模式。在這種模式下，傳統(tǒng)的飛機(jī)制造商角色變成“大規(guī)模供應(yīng)鏈集成商”。如何將一個(gè)全球分散的設(shè)計(jì)和制造商團(tuán)隊(duì)整合到一個(gè)高度復(fù)雜和組織嚴(yán)密的信息系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)上，實(shí)時(shí)協(xié)同開展工作，是信息化工作人員面臨的重大課題。 本文的主要工作隸屬863課題（課題編號(hào)2009AA044601）“面向大型客機(jī)全球化協(xié)同研制的信息安全體系”項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容，且設(shè)計(jì)成果已在本人所在單位“中國(guó)商用飛機(jī)有限責(zé)任公司”實(shí)施運(yùn)用，并取得了良好的效果。 本文依據(jù)單位發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及信息化戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，參照信息安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)研究相關(guān)成果，通過(guò)對(duì)信息安全保障環(huán)節(jié)P2DR模型及訪問(wèn)控制模型進(jìn)行研究，采用PDCA循環(huán)模型方法論開展現(xiàn)狀與需求分析，基于總體安全技術(shù)框架規(guī)劃，從層次化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、終端安全、統(tǒng)一的安全管理、公鑰基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施架構(gòu)幾方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)中突出的P2DR環(huán)節(jié)的工作關(guān)系；同時(shí)基于業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用的特點(diǎn)，針對(duì)應(yīng)用協(xié)同訪問(wèn)控制進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與擴(kuò)展，，為公司初步建立起一套具備民機(jī)企業(yè)特點(diǎn)的信息安全體系，實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期的工作目標(biāo)。最后，就進(jìn)一步工作的方向進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的描述。
[Abstract]:The development of civil aircraft industry in China adopts the mode of "main manufacturer-supplier". In this mode, the traditional role of aircraft manufacturer becomes "large supply chain integrator". How to integrate a global distributed design and manufacturing team into a highly complex and tightly organized information system platform and work in real time cooperation is an important task for information workers. The main work of this paper belongs to 863 project (subject number 2009AA044601) "Information security system for large-scale passenger aircraft globalization and development" project, and the design results have been implemented in my unit, "China Commercial aircraft Co., Ltd." Good results have been obtained. In this paper, according to the development strategy and information strategic planning of the unit, referring to the information security standards and industry research results, through the information security link P2DR model and access control model are studied. The current situation and requirement analysis is carried out with the methodology of PDCA cycle model. Based on the overall security technology framework planning, the design is carried out from the aspects of hierarchical network structure, terminal security, unified security management, public key infrastructure, etc. At the same time, based on the characteristics of business application, the paper designs and extends the application cooperative access control, and establishes a set of information security system with the characteristics of civil aircraft enterprises for the company. The expected work goal has been achieved. Finally, the direction of further work is briefly described.
