基于RFID的服裝供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)及補(bǔ)貨策略優(yōu)化

【摘要】:自上世紀(jì)末以來,無線射頻識別技術(shù)(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)便開始逐漸進(jìn)入我們的日常生活,如今,隨著信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展和我國服裝行業(yè)的信息化浪潮的迅速推廣,RFID技術(shù)成為對服裝企業(yè)實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈管理最強(qiáng)有力的推動。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化,企業(yè)間的競爭正逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈間的競爭,如何設(shè)計(jì)契約使供應(yīng)鏈各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)達(dá)成共贏,使供應(yīng)鏈更高效更富有競爭力已成為供應(yīng)鏈研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。因此,討論實(shí)施RFID對供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)生的影響及對應(yīng)協(xié)調(diào)契約的制定有重大的意義。 近幾年來,全球服裝行業(yè)涌現(xiàn)出一些以普通消費(fèi)者為目標(biāo)消費(fèi)群體的“快時(shí)尚”服裝零售品牌,如ZARA、CA、UNIQLO、HM、 GAP等,由于快時(shí)尚供應(yīng)鏈具有諸多非量化因素,例如新款商品的不斷推出、潮流趨勢的瞬息萬變以及高度垂直整合的供應(yīng)商、制造商和零售商,鮮有學(xué)者對快時(shí)尚供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行定量的分析與研究。在這種背景下,快時(shí)尚零售業(yè)的零售商們依然需要針對不同類別的產(chǎn)品確定其在各個(gè)不同階段的訂貨數(shù)量,以獲得較高的收益。因此,對于零售商來說,針對不同的產(chǎn)品制定其在不同階段的訂貨數(shù)量具有重大的意義。 本文研究在RFID實(shí)施的前提下制定服裝供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制并討論RFID對供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響,研究快時(shí)尚供應(yīng)鏈零售商的優(yōu)化補(bǔ)貨策略,具體工作如下: (1)針對服裝供應(yīng)鏈,在報(bào)童模型和VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory,供應(yīng)商管理庫存)模式的基礎(chǔ)上研究分析由一個(gè)供應(yīng)商及多個(gè)零售商組成的需求價(jià)格相互影響的二級供應(yīng)鏈,在是否實(shí)施RFID技術(shù)兩種情況下分別討論供應(yīng)鏈的收益及風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)契約的制定與分析。通過供應(yīng)鏈的集中式和分散式?jīng)Q策獲得結(jié)合回購及費(fèi)用分?jǐn)偟墓⿷?yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)契約。通過分析,RFID標(biāo)簽的價(jià)格能影響供應(yīng)鏈期望收益及風(fēng)險(xiǎn);RFID系統(tǒng)在大貨架空間下對減少供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找娌淮_定性的作用非常顯著;在RFID標(biāo)簽的價(jià)格非常小的前提下,補(bǔ)貨周期數(shù)的增加能更大程度降低供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn);若供應(yīng)商主動分?jǐn)俁FID標(biāo)簽的大部分費(fèi)用,則不僅可以降低其風(fēng)險(xiǎn),還促使供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào);同時(shí),對于實(shí)施RFID的供應(yīng)鏈來說,在適當(dāng)?shù)腞FID標(biāo)簽費(fèi)用分?jǐn)傁禂?shù)的前提下,供應(yīng)商能通過設(shè)置比未實(shí)施RFID的供應(yīng)鏈小的回購系數(shù)來達(dá)到供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)。 (2)通過對快時(shí)尚供應(yīng)鏈的補(bǔ)貨及顧客對商品的選擇和購買過程的建模來優(yōu)化零售商的補(bǔ)貨策略。用效用最大化機(jī)制來決定顧客購買何種商品,并且以下降因子表示商品的流行度下降趨勢。運(yùn)用梯度估計(jì)和模擬退火相結(jié)合的混合算法優(yōu)化零售商的補(bǔ)貨策略,解決如何使零售商的收益最大化這一問題。通過靜態(tài)和仿真結(jié)果的對比分析得出零售商的補(bǔ)貨策略。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明若快時(shí)尚供應(yīng)鏈零售商要獲得較高的收益,則應(yīng)不斷銷售新款商品并在銷售過程中對其進(jìn)行少量補(bǔ)貨。仿真的結(jié)果體現(xiàn)了快時(shí)尚供應(yīng)鏈的觀念:多款商品少量快速補(bǔ)貨。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the last century, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has gradually entered our daily life. Now, with the rapid development of information technology and the rapid popularization of the wave of information technology in our garment industry, RFID technology has become the most powerful impetus to the implementation of supply chain management in garment enterprises. With the global economic integration, the competition between enterprises is gradually changing into the competition between supply chains. How to design a contract to achieve a win-win situation in the supply chain and make the supply chain more efficient and competitive has become a hot and difficult point in the research field of supply chain. Therefore, the impact of the actual application of RFID on supply chain and the corresponding coordination agreement are discussed. The formulation of the contract is of great significance.
In recent years, the global clothing industry has sprung up some "fast fashion" clothing retail brands, such as ZARA, CA, UNIQLO, HM, GAP, and so on. The fast fashion supply chain has many non quantitative factors, such as the continuous introduction of new goods, the fast changing trend of the trend and the supply of highly vertical integration. In this context, retailers in the fast fashion retail industry still need to determine the number of orders at different stages in order to obtain higher returns in this context. It is of great significance to make the order quantity at different stages.
This paper studies the coordination mechanism of clothing supply chain and discusses the impact of RFID on supply chain coordination and risk under the premise of RFID implementation, and studies the optimal replenishment strategy of fast fashion supply chain retailers. The specific work is as follows:
(1) on the basis of the newsboy model and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory, supplier managed inventory) model, the paper studies and analyzes the two level supply chain which is composed of one supplier and multiple retailers, and discusses the benefits and risks of the supply chain under the two circumstances of the implementation of the RFID Technology. Through the centralized and decentralized decision of the supply chain, the supply chain coordination contract is obtained through the centralized and decentralized decision of the supply chain. Through the analysis, the price of the RFID label can affect the expected return and risk of the supply chain, and the effect of the RFID system on reducing the uncertainty of supply Chain Revenue in the large shelf space is very significant. When the price of the RFID label is very small, the increase in the number of replenishment cycles can lower the supply chain risk to a greater extent. If the supplier actively shares most of the cost of the RFID label, it can not only reduce its risk, but also promote the coordination of the supply chain. At the same time, for the supply chain for the implementation of the RFID, the appropriate RFID label cost sharing system is used. On the premise of number, the supplier can achieve supply chain coordination by setting a small repo coefficient than the supply chain without RFID.
(2) to optimize the retailer's replenishment strategy through the replenishment of the fast fashion supply chain and the modeling of the customer's choice and process of the purchase. The utility maximization mechanism is used to determine what kind of goods are purchased by the customer, and the following descending factor indicates the trend of the decline in the popularity of the goods. A hybrid algorithm combining the ladder estimation and simulated annealing is used. Optimize the retailer's replenishment strategy to solve the problem of how to maximize the profit of the retailer. Through the comparison of the static and simulation results, the retailer's replenishment strategy is obtained. The experimental results show that if the fast fashion supply chain retailer wants to gain higher income, it should continue to sell new goods and reduce it in the process of sales. The result of simulation reflects the concept of fast fashion supply chain: a small number of goods, quick replenishment.
