【摘要】：本文基于資源基礎(chǔ)觀分析框架,以企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源因素(質(zhì)量管理實踐)、外部資源因素(供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)系質(zhì)量)測度質(zhì)量績效影響因素,構(gòu)建了供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)系質(zhì)量效應(yīng)下質(zhì)量管理實踐對質(zhì)量績效作用機制模型,用SEM檢驗了整體層面質(zhì)量管理核心實踐對質(zhì)量管理基礎(chǔ)實踐與質(zhì)量績效的中介效應(yīng),以Bootstrap法檢驗了細分維度層面該中介效應(yīng)、供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)系質(zhì)量對質(zhì)量管理實踐與質(zhì)量績效的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。448份湖北企業(yè)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)實證結(jié)果表明:(1)整體層面,核心實踐完全中介基礎(chǔ)實踐對質(zhì)量績效的正向影響;具體到細分維度,統(tǒng)計控制與反饋中介基礎(chǔ)實踐對質(zhì)量績效的正向影響。(2)細分維度層面,供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)系質(zhì)量對基礎(chǔ)實踐與質(zhì)量績效的調(diào)節(jié)部分顯著,其中,信任負向調(diào)節(jié)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)承諾對內(nèi)部質(zhì)量績效、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)承諾對外部質(zhì)量績效、顧客導(dǎo)向?qū)ν獠抠|(zhì)量績效、員工參與對外部質(zhì)量績效的正向影響,滿意負向調(diào)節(jié)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)承諾對外部質(zhì)量績效的正向影響。(3)細分維度層面,供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)系質(zhì)量對核心實踐與質(zhì)量績效的調(diào)節(jié)大部分不顯著,僅滿意負向調(diào)節(jié)統(tǒng)計控制與反饋對內(nèi)部質(zhì)量績效的正向影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the framework of resource-based analysis, this paper uses internal resource factors (quality management practices) and external resource factors (supply chain relationship quality) to measure the influencing factors of quality performance. The mechanism model of the effect of quality management practice on quality performance under the quality effect of supply chain relationship is constructed, and the intermediary effect of the core practice of quality management on the basic practice and quality performance of quality management at the whole level is tested by SEM. Bootstrap method is used to test the intermediary effect at the level of subdivision dimension. The empirical results show that: (1) at the overall level, the regulatory effect of supply chain relationship quality on quality management practice and quality performance of Hubei enterprises is as follows: (1) overall level; The positive influence of core practice complete intermediary basic practice on quality performance, and the positive influence of statistical control and feedback intermediary basic practice on quality performance in subdivision dimension. (2) subdivision dimension level, The regulation of supply chain relationship quality to basic practice and quality performance is significant. Among them, trust negative regulation leader commitment to internal quality performance, leadership commitment to external quality performance, customer oriented to external quality performance. The positive effect of employee participation on external quality performance, and the positive impact of leadership commitment on external quality performance. (3) at the level of subdivision dimension, the regulation of supply chain relationship quality to core practice and quality performance is not significant. The positive effect of statistical control and feedback on internal quality performance is only satisfied with negative regulation.
