[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, hairdressing industry has gradually become a major consumption bright spot in the development of national economy. More and more people begin to demand their own external image, which promotes the demand for professional hairdressing products and services. Professional hairdressing products mainly through the wholesale enterprises to supply hair salon to meet the consumer washing, cutting, blowing, perm, dyeing, protection and other six major needs. Hairdressing products are usually of various kinds, large quantities and fast changing demand. At the same time, due to the uneven qualification level of various suppliers in the industry and the imperfect standards of related products, many enterprises stand out in order to be able to stand out in the increasingly fierce market competition. One after another in the product procurement sector to increase the importance of supply chain management. Especially, more attention is paid to how to optimize supplier selection and order allocation, so as to reduce purchasing cost, improve management quality and improve work efficiency. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct a suitable supplier selection, evaluation system and order distribution model for the wholesale enterprises in hairdressing industry. In this paper, the selection of professional hairdressing products supplier and order allocation as the research object, the analytic hierarchy process and genetic algorithm as the research method. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the procurement process, and then develops a corresponding evaluation system for the qualification audit and performance evaluation of suppliers, and then considers that wholesale enterprises are facing multiple suppliers and many kinds of products. The purchase model with variable demand in different periods is established. The objective function is to minimize the purchase cost. Finally, a numerical experiment is carried out on the purchase order allocation of professional hairdressing products with a practical example. Based on MATLAB software, genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the satisfactory solution is outputted, thus improving the working quality and winning more competitive power for the enterprise.
