A公司原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價體系的研究

【摘要】:隨著市場競爭的加劇和信息商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,公司之間的競爭已經(jīng)由傳統(tǒng)的商品競爭轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈之間的競爭。供應(yīng)商作為供應(yīng)鏈的源頭,對于供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭起著至關(guān)重要的作用,因此供應(yīng)商選擇也成為了供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)。如何結(jié)合公司的實際情況,建立一套合適的供應(yīng)商選擇與評價體系,如何行之有效地將其運用在實際操作中,成為了公司管理的重要課題。 本文首先闡述了有關(guān)供應(yīng)商選擇與評價理論的發(fā)展歷史,分析了國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界研究的現(xiàn)狀,然后對A公司目前的原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價體系進行了深入的分析和研究,指出A公司在原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價指標體系、方法和流程上存在的問題,,理論結(jié)合實踐地對A公司的原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價體系提出了改善方案。針對目前A公司的實際情況,本文提出建立新的原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價原則和長短期的原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價標準;明確原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價指標原則,采用了德爾菲法建立原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價指標體系;采用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法進一步完善原材料供應(yīng)商選擇方法;補充并規(guī)范原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價流程,分析原材料性質(zhì)和市場的競爭環(huán)境,進行原材料供應(yīng)商的合理分類,提出原材料供應(yīng)商數(shù)量的合理控制,規(guī)范原材料供應(yīng)商小組的人員組成等。最后,分別以四類原材料供應(yīng)商為例,對重新構(gòu)建的原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價體系進行實例分析和效果對比,確認改善后的原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價體系的有效性和可行性。 本文提出的原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價體系,不但有助于解決A公司目前原材料供應(yīng)商選擇與評價體系中存在的問題,對其他跨國公司在中國進行供應(yīng)商選擇與評價也提供了參考意義和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the intensification of market competition and the rapid development of information commerce, the competition among companies has changed from traditional commodity competition to supply chain competition. As the source of supply chain, supplier plays a vital role in the competition between supply chains, so supplier selection has become an important part of supply chain management. How to establish a suitable supplier selection and evaluation system and how to effectively apply it to the actual operation has become an important subject of company management. This paper first describes the development history of supplier selection and evaluation theory, analyzes the current situation of academic research at home and abroad, and then makes a deep analysis and research on the current raw material supplier selection and evaluation system of A Company. This paper points out the problems in the index system, method and process of raw material supplier selection and evaluation in Company A, and puts forward the improvement scheme for the selection and evaluation system of raw material supplier in A Company by combining theory and practice. According to the actual situation of Company A at present, this paper puts forward the establishment of new principles of raw material supplier selection and evaluation and the criteria for selecting and evaluating raw material suppliers in the long and short term, and clarifies the selection and evaluation index principle of raw material suppliers. Using Delphi method to establish the raw material supplier selection and evaluation index system, adopting the quantitative and qualitative method to further improve the raw material supplier selection method, supplementing and standardizing the raw material supplier selection and evaluation process, This paper analyzes the nature of raw materials and the competitive environment of the market, classifies the suppliers of raw materials reasonably, puts forward the reasonable control of the number of suppliers of raw materials, and standardizes the composition of the group of suppliers of raw materials. Finally, taking four kinds of raw material suppliers as examples, the paper analyzes and compares the effectiveness and feasibility of the improved raw material supplier selection and evaluation system. The raw material supplier selection and evaluation system proposed in this paper is not only helpful to solve the problems existing in the current raw material supplier selection and evaluation system of Company A. It also provides reference for other multinational companies to select and evaluate suppliers in China.
