【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的全球化的不斷演進，越來越多的國內(nèi)外大中型企業(yè)都已經(jīng)或者正在實施ERP系統(tǒng)，高度集成的ERP系統(tǒng)促使傳統(tǒng)的業(yè)務流程發(fā)生著顯著的變化。尤其是供應鏈管理，其在ERP環(huán)境下呈現(xiàn)出更多的復雜性，為了應對以及解決管理中的實際問題，企業(yè)家們正在思考如何優(yōu)化和整合現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務流程，來應對現(xiàn)代管理的中的新型挑戰(zhàn)。 在企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略中，供應鏈管理戰(zhàn)略和信息技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略是兩個不可或缺的核心要素，對二者進行研究可以幫助解決企業(yè)管理中最復雜的問題。在供應鏈管理中，庫存管理尤其關(guān)鍵，是影響企業(yè)運營成本的直接因素。本文研究的目的是分析和解決企業(yè)基于ERP環(huán)境下的庫存管理問題，理論聯(lián)系實際，以全球500強企業(yè)在亞太區(qū)的照明集團（G公司）作為研究對象，基于前人對庫存管理方面的研究成果，，利用資料系統(tǒng)分析法，調(diào)查研究等方法對G公司庫存管理存在的問題進行分析和研究。并利用六西格瑪理論中質(zhì)量屋模型（QFD）對備選解決方案進行優(yōu)選。 通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，G公司庫存管理的最大問題是過高的呆滯庫存，其形成原因是由于薄弱的供應鏈風險管理和控制能力。針對上述問題，作為本文的結(jié)論，分別對供應鏈不確定性管理，庫存采購風險管理以及ERP系統(tǒng)管理三個方面進行了詳盡分析并提出解決方案和實施指導。
[Abstract]:With the continuous evolution of economic globalization, more and more large and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad have implemented or are implementing ERP system. The highly integrated ERP system makes the traditional business process change significantly. In particular, supply chain management presents more complexity in ERP environment. In order to deal with and solve the practical problems in management, entrepreneurs are thinking about how to optimize and integrate existing business processes. To meet the new challenges of modern management. The supply chain management strategy and the information technology strategy are two indispensable core elements in the enterprise competition strategy. The research on the two strategies can help to solve the most complex problems in the enterprise management. In the supply chain management, inventory management is especially critical, which is the direct factor that affects the operation cost of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and solve the inventory management problems of enterprises based on ERP environment, integrating theory with practice, and taking the lighting group (G Company) of the top 500 enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region as the research object. Based on the previous research results on inventory management, this paper analyzes and studies the existing problems of inventory management in G Company by means of data system analysis, investigation and research. The quality house model (qfd) in six Sigma theory is used to optimize the alternative solutions. Through the analysis, it is found that the biggest problem of inventory management is the excessive stagnant inventory, which is due to the weak supply chain risk management and control ability. In view of the above problems, as the conclusion of this paper, three aspects of supply chain uncertainty management, inventory purchasing risk management and ERP system management are analyzed in detail, and the solutions and implementation guidance are put forward.
