Z電子商務(wù)公司物流體系的完善研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)日趨商業(yè)化,電子商務(wù)也隨之產(chǎn)生,伴隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)與技術(shù)的全球化,迎來了一個(gè)全新的電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代。電子商務(wù)以其不可比擬的特點(diǎn),轉(zhuǎn)變了以往的傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)的經(jīng)營模式,對(duì)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營模式、支付方法和內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了全新的變化,也給全球的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來了沖擊性的突破。研究電子商務(wù)企業(yè)自營物流體系的建立,對(duì)提高電子商務(wù)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益乃至供應(yīng)鏈的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力都具有非常重要的意義?梢赃M(jìn)一步豐富和完善物流成本控制理論體系。發(fā)達(dá)國家一直把企業(yè)微觀物流成本的核算和管理優(yōu)化作為重點(diǎn)予以強(qiáng)調(diào),我國物流成本研究要與國際接軌,其重點(diǎn)也應(yīng)該由宏觀層面向微觀企業(yè)層面轉(zhuǎn)移。 國內(nèi)電子商務(wù)巨頭淘寶網(wǎng)曾經(jīng)在2010年嘗試打造自身掌控的物流并與其分布在全國各地的物流倉庫相輔相成,意圖打造一個(gè)全新的自營物流體系,但最終失敗。而另一家電商大鱷京東商城采用與區(qū)域快遞公司合作而建立的自營物流體系卻取得了巨大成功,無論是服務(wù)質(zhì)量還是運(yùn)輸速度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超越淘寶網(wǎng)現(xiàn)在由專業(yè)快遞公司進(jìn)行投遞的行為!半p十一”活動(dòng)期間,在淘寶網(wǎng)購買的產(chǎn)品通常需要1周以上的物流運(yùn)輸和投遞時(shí)間,而京東商城依然能夠?qū)r(shí)間控制在3天內(nèi),這樣的先進(jìn)物流模式使得京東商城穩(wěn)穩(wěn)的坐在國內(nèi)最大的B2C網(wǎng)站的寶座上。中小電商企業(yè)在推進(jìn)自身物流解決方案的同時(shí),由于受到人力、物力、財(cái)力的限制,,不可能照搬這些大型化企業(yè)的全部模式,只有通過充分利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和平臺(tái),結(jié)合實(shí)際,摸索一套屬于自己的物流體系,才有可能在國內(nèi)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的大潮中,贏得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、持續(xù)生存。 本文結(jié)合Z公司的實(shí)際,綜合考慮到中小型電子商務(wù)企業(yè)面臨的各種狀況和現(xiàn)實(shí)影響。其次,輔以組織機(jī)構(gòu)的變革為配合,在借鑒國外電子商務(wù)管理模式的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了Z公司物流體系建立的可選模式,并給出了該模式在操作過程中應(yīng)該注意的問題,多方面的對(duì)Z公司的物流體系建立的過程和流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,來提高企業(yè)的物流管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, Internet technology is becoming more and more commercialized, and electronic commerce is also coming into being. With the globalization of world economy and technology, a new era of electronic commerce network economy has been ushered in. E-commerce, with its incomparable characteristics, has changed the traditional business model, changed the business model, payment methods and internal structure of the enterprise, and brought a breakthrough to the global social economy. It is of great significance to study the establishment of self-supporting logistics system for e-commerce enterprises to improve the economic and social benefits of e-commerce enterprises and even the overall competitiveness of supply chain. It can further enrich and perfect the theory system of logistics cost control. Developed countries have always emphasized the accounting and management optimization of enterprises' micro logistics cost. The research of logistics cost in our country should be in line with the international standards, and the emphasis should also be shifted from the macro level to the micro level. Taobao, the domestic e-commerce giant, tried in 2010 to build its own controlled logistics and complement its warehouses across the country in an attempt to create a completely new self-run logistics system, but failed in the end. And another household appliance merchant, JingDong Mall, adopted the self-run logistics system established in cooperation with regional express companies, but achieved great success. Whether it is service quality or transport speed far beyond Taobao now by professional courier companies to deliver behavior. During the "double Eleven" campaign, the products purchased at Taobao usually take more than a week of logistics, transportation and delivery time, while JingDong Mall can still limit the time to three days. This advanced logistics model makes JingDong Mall sit firmly on the throne of the largest B2C website in China. While pushing forward their own logistics solutions, small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises cannot copy all the models of these large-scale enterprises because of the constraints of human, material and financial resources. Only by making full use of their own advantages and platforms, and combining with reality, It is possible to win competition and survive in the tide of electronic commerce development in China by exploring a set of logistics system that belongs to oneself. Combined with the reality of Z Company, this paper synthetically takes into account the various situations and realistic influences faced by small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises. Secondly, with the help of the reform of the organization, the optional model of the logistics system of company Z is constructed on the basis of the foreign electronic commerce management mode, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the operation process of the model are given. In order to improve the level of logistics management, this paper optimizes the process and process of establishing logistics system in Z Company.
