【摘要】：本論文主要對現(xiàn)階段我國商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展進行研究分析,創(chuàng)新性地采用案例分析的形式進行研究,以此為商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)提供經(jīng)驗。綜合考慮了供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)開展的時間、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的規(guī)模、業(yè)務(wù)市場占有率及市場地位等因素之后,論文選取了ZX銀行作為代表性案例,分析了zX銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況。論文核心部分可以總結(jié)為三個部分：案例介紹、案例分析、對策建議。案例介紹部分,論文首先概括性地闡述了目前我國供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的總體情況,并對幾個主要的商業(yè)銀行開展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進行總結(jié)對比。其次,詳細地介紹ZX銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融發(fā)展的歷程、現(xiàn)狀、規(guī)模、市場地位及業(yè)務(wù)體系等內(nèi)容。案例分析部分,首先對ZX銀行開展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的動因進行分析。其次對ZX銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)進行詳細地研究分析,總結(jié)zX銀行在開展該業(yè)務(wù)過程中主要的成功因素及做法。同時,論文也分析了ZX銀行在該業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方面還存在的問題及不足。最后,對業(yè)務(wù)未來的發(fā)展進行研究,分析ZX銀行發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)將面臨的機遇及挑戰(zhàn)。由此從內(nèi)到外,綜合全面地分析了zX銀行該業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,以便得到供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗總結(jié)。對策建議部分,通過案例分析,針對存在的問題提出推動并完善供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的對策建議,為我國其他商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展該業(yè)務(wù)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes the development of supply chain financial business of commercial banks in our country at present, and innovatively adopts the case study to provide experience for commercial banks to develop supply chain financial business. After considering the time, scale, market share and market position of the supply chain financial business, the paper chooses ZX Bank as the representative case. This paper analyzes the development of supply chain financial business in ZX Bank. The core part of the paper can be summarized into three parts: case introduction, case analysis, countermeasures and suggestions. In the part of case introduction, the paper firstly summarizes the general situation of the development of supply chain financial business in our country, and summarizes and compares the current situation of several major commercial banks carrying out supply chain financial business. Secondly, the development course, current situation, scale, market position and business system of supply chain finance of ZX Bank are introduced in detail. In the part of case analysis, the motivation of ZX Bank to carry out supply chain financial business is analyzed. Secondly, it makes a detailed study and analysis on the supply chain financial business of ZX Bank, and summarizes the main success factors and practices of ZX Bank in the process of carrying out this business. At the same time, the paper also analyzes the problems and shortcomings of ZX Bank in the development of this business. Finally, the future development of business is studied, and the opportunities and challenges that ZX Bank will face in developing supply chain financial business are analyzed. From inside to outside, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development of this business in ZX Bank, so as to summarize the experience of the development of supply chain finance business. In the part of countermeasure and suggestion, through case analysis, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote and perfect the development of supply chain financial business in view of the existing problems, and provides reference for other commercial banks in our country to develop this business.
