【摘要】：近年來我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,物流業(yè)成為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。隨著環(huán)境問題的不斷凸顯,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和環(huán)境保護(hù)之間的矛盾日益突出,如何在物流過程中節(jié)約成本,降低能耗,做到綠色環(huán)保成為業(yè)界思考的問題和發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),發(fā)展綠色物流成為我國(guó)物流業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),而且刻不容緩。該文通過對(duì)比中西方物流運(yùn)行情況,查閱資料,并對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行走訪調(diào)研,對(duì)我國(guó)綠色物流的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了解,初步分析出我國(guó)綠色物流目前存在的主要問題,并針對(duì)性的提出改進(jìn)的意見。該文首先通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色物流的研究情況和發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比,對(duì)綠色物流的內(nèi)涵和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了界定,提出我國(guó)發(fā)展綠色物流的迫切性和必要性。隨后對(duì)我國(guó)綠色物流存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,從起步較晚、外部因素難以發(fā)揮作用、企業(yè)內(nèi)部因素制約、政策體系不健全、工藝水平不高、回收利用率低、人才缺乏、理論研究水平有待提高等方面進(jìn)行了闡述。最后對(duì)如何完善我國(guó)的綠色物流提出了對(duì)策,建議從樹立綠色物流理念、充分發(fā)揮社會(huì)外部因素和企業(yè)內(nèi)部因素的積極作用、完善政策體系、提高工藝水平、鼓勵(lì)綠色包裝、加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)和理論研究等方面幫助企業(yè)建立更加完善的綠色物流體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economy of our country has been developing continuously, and the logistics industry has become an important part of the national economic development. With the continuous highlight of environmental problems, the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection is increasingly prominent. How to save costs, reduce energy consumption and achieve green environmental protection in the logistics process has become a problem and development trend of the industry. The development of green logistics has become the inevitable trend of the development of logistics industry in China, and it is urgent. By comparing the operation of logistics between China and western countries, consulting materials, and visiting and investigating enterprises, this paper analyzes the development of green logistics in China, and preliminarily analyzes the main problems existing in green logistics in China. And puts forward the improvement suggestion pertinently. This paper firstly compares the research and development of green logistics at home and abroad, defines the connotation and content of green logistics, and points out the urgency and necessity of developing green logistics in China. Then it analyzes the existing problems of green logistics in our country, from starting late, external factors are difficult to play a role, the internal factors of enterprises are restricted, the policy system is not perfect, the technology level is not high, the recovery utilization rate is low, the talent is short. The theoretical research level needs to be improved. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the green logistics in our country, and suggests to set up the concept of green logistics, give full play to the positive role of the social external factors and the internal factors of enterprises, perfect the policy system, improve the technological level, and encourage the green packaging. Strengthen personnel training and theoretical research to help enterprises to establish a more complete green logistics system.
