【摘要】：全球一體化和信息技術的快速發(fā)展使企業(yè)間競爭更加激烈,市場中的企業(yè)都希望通過優(yōu)化采購管理來降本增效,完成由傳統(tǒng)的采購管理模式向供應鏈采購管理模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。本文在學習總結采購管理相關理論、供應商管理理論和現(xiàn)代采購方式理論的基礎上,運用多種研究方法,對YK集團公司的采購管理現(xiàn)狀從物資分類、采購職能設置、采購流程、采購方式、采購績效評價、供應商管理等方面展開分析。認為公司在采購管理上,由于物資分類的不科學,致使采購方式、供應商管理都沒有依據(jù)物資的不同特點分別對待,這是我們需要改進的重點工作。對于采購方式的優(yōu)化,從物資分類確定采購方式開始,重點研究了集中采購、物資超市運作的采購方式、電子商務采購方式,以及JIT采購方式的應用;對于供應商管理的優(yōu)化,在明確供應商管理優(yōu)化原則和改進物資分類的基礎上,從供應商分類管理、供應商調(diào)查、選擇、評價、激勵、供應商關系管理等方面對供應商管理進行全面改進。為落實優(yōu)化方案,采購組織、監(jiān)控、績效、人員、信息平臺、供應商的改進,都是重要的保障措施。總之,采購管理作為企業(yè)的第三利潤源還沒有在YK集團公司充分發(fā)揮其應有的作用,需要引起企業(yè)的高度重視。只有在采購管理中融入供應鏈、準時化、電子商務等先進的采購管理理論,與供應商建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關系,才能使公司的采購管理邁上一個新的臺階,適應經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:The globalization and the rapid development of information technology make the competition between enterprises more fierce. The enterprises in the market hope to reduce the cost and increase efficiency by optimizing the purchasing management, and to complete the transformation from the traditional procurement management mode to the supply chain procurement management mode. On the basis of studying and summarizing the relevant theories of purchasing management, supplier management theory and modern purchasing method theory, this paper applies various research methods to analyze the current situation of procurement management of YK Group Company from material classification, purchasing function setting, purchasing process, etc. Procurement methods, procurement performance evaluation, supplier management and other aspects of the analysis. It is considered that in purchasing management, because of the unscientific classification of materials, the procurement mode and supplier management are not treated separately according to the different characteristics of materials, which is the key work that we need to improve. With regard to the optimization of procurement methods, starting with the classification of materials and the determination of procurement methods, this paper focuses on the application of centralized procurement, the operation of material supermarkets, e-commerce procurement, and JIT procurement, as well as the optimization of supplier management. On the basis of clarifying the optimization principle of supplier management and improving material classification, this paper comprehensively improves supplier management from supplier classification management, supplier survey, selection, evaluation, incentive, supplier relationship management and so on. In order to optimize the program, procurement organization, monitoring, performance, personnel, information platform, supplier improvement, are important safeguards. In short, procurement management as the third profit source of enterprises has not fully played its due role in YK Group Company, which needs to be highly valued. Only when the supply chain, punctuality, e-commerce and other advanced purchasing management theories are integrated into the procurement management, and the strategic partnership with suppliers is established, can the purchasing management of the company take the procurement management to a new level. To meet the needs of rapid economic development.
