【摘要】：研究不確定需求環(huán)境中多分銷商和多零售商組成的兩級(jí)供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的牛鞭效應(yīng)的魯棒控制問題.設(shè)計(jì)了牛鞭效應(yīng)魯棒性指標(biāo),利用魯棒控制方法得到了零售商和分銷商的庫存策略,既保證了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,又能抑制牛鞭效應(yīng)的作用.研究表明輸出變量選擇對(duì)抑制目標(biāo)節(jié)點(diǎn)的牛鞭效應(yīng)有著重要作用.零售商之間的橫向調(diào)貨策略雖然未能顯著改善未知需求情形下的牛鞭效應(yīng)的魯棒性,但對(duì)于特定的需求卻能起到抑制牛鞭效應(yīng)的作用.
[Abstract]:The robust control of bullwhip effect in a two-level supply network composed of multiple distributors and multiple retailers in uncertain demand environment is studied. The robustness index of bullwhip effect is designed, and the inventory strategy of retailers and distributors is obtained by using robust control method, which not only ensures the stability of the system, but also inhibits the bullwhip effect. It is shown that the selection of output variables plays an important role in suppressing the bullwhip effect of the target node. Although the horizontal alignment strategy between retailers can not improve the robustness of bullwhip effect in the case of unknown demand, it can restrain the bullwhip effect for specific demand.
