基于AHP和多目標規(guī)劃的面料供應商評價選擇研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代供應鏈體系下,企業(yè)與供應商之間的合作關系成為決定企業(yè)是否擁有競爭力的關鍵因素.針對此問題,為了構建一種符合企業(yè)自身的供應商評價體系,從而選擇優(yōu)質供應商并與其建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關系,共同成長.本文運用層次分析法構建服裝面料供應商綜合實力評價體系,選取7項1級指標和24項2級指標.在此基礎上,借鑒多目標規(guī)劃思想,以質量、價格、交貨3個最重要的因素為目標準則構建多目標模型,將22家供應商劃分為戰(zhàn)略型、潛力型、杠桿型和瓶頸型4種類型,并從中遴選出3家,以案例企業(yè)采購2萬米某款面料決策問題為例,科學分配面料采購量,并提出相應采購策略.
[Abstract]:Under the modern supply chain system, the cooperative relationship between enterprises and suppliers becomes the key factor to determine the competitiveness of enterprises. To solve this problem, in order to establish a supplier evaluation system which is in line with the enterprise itself, select high-quality suppliers and establish strategic partnership with them to grow together. In this paper, the comprehensive strength evaluation system of garment fabric suppliers is constructed by AHP, and 7 grade 1 indexes and 24 2 grade indexes are selected. On this basis, the multi-objective model is constructed according to the three most important factors of quality, price and delivery, and 22 suppliers are divided into four types: strategic type, potential type, lever type and bottleneck type. Three of them are selected, taking the decision problem of purchasing a certain fabric of 20,000 meters as an example, the purchasing quantity of fabric is allocated scientifically, and the corresponding purchasing strategy is put forward.
