【摘要】：電是人們生活中必不可少的組成部分，優(yōu)質(zhì)的電力供應(yīng)始終是中國(guó)電力工作者努力追求的目標(biāo)。為兌現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)供電承諾，夯實(shí)“努力超越、追求卓越”的企業(yè)精神，國(guó)家電網(wǎng)一直在深入進(jìn)行體制改革，并提出“人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)、物資集約化管理，大規(guī)劃、大建設(shè)、大運(yùn)行、大檢修、大營(yíng)銷體系”的“三集五大”的改革目標(biāo)。在全方位的電力體改中，物資集約化是重點(diǎn)之一。 本論文以上海電力庫(kù)存物資管理為切入點(diǎn)，意圖思考和找出提高上海電力庫(kù)存物資管理各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)效率的科學(xué)方法，希望從物資庫(kù)存的管理現(xiàn)狀入手，在保證物資供應(yīng)能力的前提下，盡可能地降低倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)總成本，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)物資集約化。 論文在描述企業(yè)背景及需求的基礎(chǔ)上，分析上海電力的庫(kù)存物資管理現(xiàn)狀，從物資分類、庫(kù)存策略、管理方式等方面進(jìn)行客觀分析，總結(jié)出上海電力物資管理的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，進(jìn)而闡述了物資的ABC分類法及多種需求預(yù)測(cè)模型，并靈活組合加以應(yīng)用，，對(duì)上海電力物資分類模型及庫(kù)存策略進(jìn)行重構(gòu)，建立一套適合上海電力物資庫(kù)存模型及管理策略的選配機(jī)制。論文通過(guò)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用與驗(yàn)證，證明方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Electricity is an indispensable part of people's life, and high quality power supply is always the goal of Chinese electric power workers. In order to fulfill the promise of high quality power supply and consolidate the enterprise spirit of "striving to surpass and pursue excellence", the State Grid has been carrying out the system reform in depth, and has proposed "intensive management of human resources, finance and materials, large-scale planning, construction and operation," Overhaul, marketing system "three sets of five" reform objectives. In the omni-directional electric power system reform, the material intensifies is one of the emphases. Based on the management of Shanghai Electric Power inventory, this paper intends to think about and find out a scientific method to improve the efficiency of Shanghai electric power inventory management, hoping to start with the current situation of material inventory management. Under the premise of ensuring the material supply capacity, reduce the total storage cost as far as possible, and finally realize the material intensification. On the basis of describing the background and demand of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the current situation of the inventory management of Shanghai Electric Power, analyzes objectively the material classification, inventory strategy and management methods, and summarizes the weak links of the material management of Shanghai Electric Power. Then the ABC classification of materials and various demand forecasting models are expounded, and the flexible combination is applied to reconstruct the classification model and inventory strategy of Shanghai electric power materials. To establish a suitable allocation mechanism for Shanghai electric power inventory model and management strategy. The paper proves the validity and feasibility of the method by practical application and verification.
