日照煙草商業(yè)企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的煙葉供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,作為全球化市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下一種新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和戰(zhàn)略管理模式,供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理日益成為學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,它對(duì)于增加企業(yè)效益、提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要作用。 中國(guó)對(duì)于供應(yīng)鏈及供應(yīng)鏈管理的研究剛剛起步,當(dāng)前雖然取得了一定的研究成果,但總體來(lái)看國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的意識(shí)仍十分淡薄,企業(yè)間發(fā)展目標(biāo)協(xié)調(diào)性,信任機(jī)制、信息共享機(jī)制和利益分配機(jī)制等還不能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)達(dá)到完善和成熟。 本課題研究目的是通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外煙草供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同優(yōu)化的理論與經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合日照實(shí)際,對(duì)商業(yè)企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的煙葉供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同研究,,探索建立農(nóng)、工、商新型原料供應(yīng)協(xié)同機(jī)制,優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈管理,提升整體服務(wù)水平,穩(wěn)定日照煙葉種植規(guī)模,提高質(zhì)量特色,提升市場(chǎng)信譽(yù),為日照煙葉在煙草行業(yè)大集團(tuán)站穩(wěn)腳跟,進(jìn)入大品牌主配方奠定基礎(chǔ),同時(shí),為日照煙草的發(fā)展注入新的生機(jī)和活力。 本課題研究主要包括七個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容。 第一部分主要介紹了課題研究的背景意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和技術(shù)路徑,為整個(gè)課題研究提供了較為清晰的思路和方法;第二部分對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈管理、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同、煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈和煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同基礎(chǔ)理論的闡述,為課題研究提供了較為完整的理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分介紹了商業(yè)企業(yè)概念、功能和國(guó)有商業(yè)企業(yè)的主導(dǎo)定位以及當(dāng)前行業(yè)煙葉生產(chǎn)、銷售的整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)流程,同時(shí)梳理了煙葉供應(yīng)鏈日照商業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題,以此為基礎(chǔ)分析了日照商業(yè)企業(yè)主導(dǎo)煙葉供應(yīng)鏈各成員企業(yè)的作用和地位,并闡述了日照商業(yè)企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的煙葉供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件,從而得出日照有責(zé)任、有基礎(chǔ)、有實(shí)力能夠完成煙葉供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同研究的結(jié)論;第四部分從商業(yè)企業(yè)服務(wù)功能拓展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力塑造角度入手,闡述了日照主導(dǎo)的煙葉供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì),為供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同明確了努力方向;第五部分從資金流、物流、信息流角度搭建供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同實(shí)施平臺(tái),并闡明了供應(yīng)鏈行業(yè)內(nèi)部各重點(diǎn)企業(yè)的協(xié)同實(shí)施管理及協(xié)同重點(diǎn),進(jìn)而提出供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同“共建共管”模式?jīng)Q策以及“共建共管”模式下部分實(shí)施策略,從而為供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同實(shí)施奠定基礎(chǔ);第六部分構(gòu)建了供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同考核指標(biāo)體系,為下步“共建共管”模式下管理實(shí)施策略的具體實(shí)施提供了保證,同時(shí)也將為日照商業(yè)企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的煙葉供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的客戶管理提供重要的決策依據(jù)。第七部分歸納總結(jié)本課題研究的主要結(jié)論成果,并提出了下步研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology, as a new mode of competition and strategic management in the global market environment, supply chain collaborative management has increasingly become the focus of attention of academia and business circles. Improving the competitiveness of enterprises has an important role. The research on supply chain and supply chain management in China has just started. Although some research achievements have been made, the awareness of supply chain coordination among domestic enterprises is still very weak, and the coordination of development objectives and trust mechanism among enterprises are still very weak. Information sharing mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism can not be perfect and mature in a short time. The purpose of this research is to explore the cooperative mechanism of agricultural, industrial and commercial raw materials supply chain by referring to the theory and experience of tobacco supply chain coordination optimization at home and abroad, combining with the practice of sunshine, and studying the cooperative research of tobacco leaf supply chain led by commercial enterprises. Optimize the supply chain management, improve the overall service level, stabilize the scale of Rizhao tobacco leaf planting, improve the quality characteristics, enhance the market credibility, for Rizhao tobacco in the tobacco industry large group to establish a firm foothold, enter the major brand formula, at the same time, For the development of Rizhao tobacco into new vitality and vitality. This research includes seven parts. The first part mainly introduces the background significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research status, the research method and the technical path, provides the clearer thought and the method for the whole project research, the second part is the supply chain, the supply chain management, The basic theory of supply chain coordination, tobacco industry supply chain and tobacco industry supply chain coordination provides a relatively complete theoretical basis for the research. Functions and the leading position of state-owned commercial enterprises and the whole business process of tobacco leaf production and sales in the current industry. At the same time, the production status of Rizhao commercial enterprises in the tobacco supply chain is combed. On this basis, this paper analyzes the role and position of the members of the Rizhao commercial enterprise leading tobacco supply chain, and expounds the advantages of the synergy of the tobacco supply chain led by the Rizhao commercial enterprise, so as to draw the conclusion that Rizhao has the responsibility and the foundation. In the fourth part, from the perspective of service function expansion and sustainable development ability of commercial enterprises, the collaborative mechanism design of tobacco supply chain led by Rizhao is expounded. The fifth part sets up the supply chain collaborative implementation platform from the perspective of capital flow, logistics and information flow, and clarifies the cooperative implementation management and coordination focus of the key enterprises in the supply chain industry. And then put forward the supply chain cooperation "co-construction and co-management" mode decision-making and "co-construction and co-management" mode part of the implementation strategy, thus laying the foundation for supply chain coordination implementation; the sixth part of the supply chain collaborative assessment index system, It provides a guarantee for the implementation of management implementation strategy in the next step of "co-construction and co-management" mode, and also provides an important decision basis for collaborative customer management of tobacco supply chain led by Rizhao commercial enterprises. The seventh part summarizes the main conclusions of this research, and puts forward the next research prospect.
