【摘要】：本文以怡亞通供應鏈管理有限公司的服務模式為背景，，研究供應鏈服務的運行模式，著重研究了一種典型的供應鏈服務的模式VMI(供應商管理庫存模式)。本文通過供應鏈涵義、供應鏈理論基礎研究，本人從理論上深刻領悟了供應鏈服務模式的特點、原則和實施步驟。在供應鏈基礎理論和國內國外供應鏈研究指導的基礎上認真研究了怡亞通公司的情況和怡亞通公司VMI模式概況，對VMI的運行模式進行了分析，研究了發(fā)展VMI服務模式所面臨的問題。結合怡亞通公司給客戶華錄松下公司服務的VMI實例，對VMI案例項目進行了介紹并進行了案例的分析。本文深入分析了發(fā)展VMI服務所面臨的問題和華錄松下VMI模式存在的風險，并提出改善怡亞通VMI服務模式的四條對策建議。案例選之于日常工作中怡亞通公司給客戶實際服務的案例。 本文運用相關的供應鏈管理理論對這種案例所代表的運營模式進行了系統(tǒng)的分析。主要分析這種模式具備的優(yōu)點和缺點、存在的問題與風險等，并根據(jù)分析結果提出相應的對策建議。 本文結合具體的案例，并且通過理論聯(lián)系實際，對怡亞通公司供應鏈服務運行模式進行系統(tǒng)的分析、歸納與總結，為更多初接觸供應鏈管理的人士提供較形象的認識和了解，為更多企業(yè)較好的利用怡亞通公司供應鏈服務模式提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Based on the service mode of Yitong supply chain Management Co., Ltd., this paper studies the operation mode of supply chain service, and focuses on a typical model of supply chain service: VMI (Vendor managed inventory Model). Through the meaning of supply chain and the basic research of supply chain theory, I deeply understand the characteristics, principles and implementation steps of supply chain service mode. On the basis of supply chain basic theory and supply chain research guidance at home and abroad, this paper studies the situation of Yitong Company and the general situation of VMI mode of Yitong Company, and analyzes the operation mode of VMI. The problems of developing VMI service mode are studied. This paper introduces and analyzes the VMI case project of Yitong Company with the example of VMI service to the customer Hualu Matsushita Company. In this paper, the problems of developing VMI service and the risk of VMI model are analyzed, and four suggestions are put forward to improve the VMI service model of Yitong. The case is selected from the daily work of Aetone to the actual customer service cases. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the operation mode represented by this case by using the relevant supply chain management theory. The advantages and disadvantages, problems and risks of this model are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results. This article combines the concrete case, and through the theory unifies the practice, carries on the systematic analysis, the induction and the summary to the Yi Yatong company supply chain service operation pattern, for more new contacts the supply chain management personage to provide the more vivid understanding and the understanding, For more enterprises to make good use of Aetong supply chain service model to provide reference.
