汽車企業(yè)精益供應(yīng)鏈績效評價研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過三十年的改革開放,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)有了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展成果,受世人的矚目。根據(jù)中國汽車工業(yè)協(xié)會的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù):2013年,中國汽車生產(chǎn)量和銷售量都突破了2000萬輛大關(guān),增速大幅提升,連續(xù)第五年成為世界第一。另一方面,國家出臺車牌限購、車輛單雙號限行政策,國外汽車品牌的不斷涌入,國內(nèi)各汽車企業(yè)的競爭日趨激烈。當(dāng)前汽車企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢不僅從核心競爭力中體現(xiàn),而且與汽車供應(yīng)鏈的高效運(yùn)作緊密相連,所以汽車供應(yīng)鏈必須依靠內(nèi)外部精益化的管理,降低成本,合理配置各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)資源,提高經(jīng)營效率。供應(yīng)鏈管理中的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容就是績效評價,它是企業(yè)成功推進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈管理方案的保障,只有通過準(zhǔn)確的績效評價才能發(fā)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營中存在的問題,對癥下藥,,實(shí)施改進(jìn)措施。 本文在回顧和總結(jié)國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈績效評價理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合汽車供應(yīng)鏈的精益特點(diǎn),將突變級數(shù)評價模型引入汽車精益供應(yīng)鏈中。從核心企業(yè)的角度入手分析我國汽車企業(yè)精益供應(yīng)鏈的生產(chǎn)、流通(包括采購、供應(yīng)、庫存、物流四個方面)、客戶等內(nèi)容及其影響因素,選取影響供應(yīng)鏈績效的變量,以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建汽車企業(yè)精益供應(yīng)鏈績效評價的突變模型。 通過前期文獻(xiàn)閱讀和查找資料發(fā)現(xiàn)對汽車企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營模式和供應(yīng)鏈績效評價的相關(guān)研究較多,而針對汽車企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈績效評價和汽車企業(yè)精益供應(yīng)鏈的系統(tǒng)性研究較少。本文以汽車的生產(chǎn)銷售鏈條為邏輯,分析一輛企業(yè)從上游供應(yīng)商的供應(yīng)、核心企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)裝配,到下游分銷商和零售商的銷售整個鏈條的各個環(huán)節(jié)可能存在的浪費(fèi),從內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的角度分析評價汽車企業(yè)精益供應(yīng)鏈績效的重要性,提煉出供應(yīng)鏈績效的影響因素。在第四章中,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈績效評價各種方法,分析突變級數(shù)法的適用性,借鑒現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)鏈績效評價指標(biāo)體系,說明各指標(biāo)在評價精益供應(yīng)鏈中的作用,通過專家訪談法確定各個績效指標(biāo)因素的重要程度,建立汽車企業(yè)精益供應(yīng)鏈的績效評價指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用突變級數(shù)法建立汽車企業(yè)精益供應(yīng)鏈績效評價模型。最后通過案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,將突變級數(shù)模型應(yīng)用到具體的汽車供應(yīng)鏈績效評價中,驗(yàn)證模型的適用性。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of reform and opening up, the economy of our country has developed by leaps and bounds and attracted the attention of the world. According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in 2013, China's car production and sales exceeded the 20 million mark, the growth rate rose sharply, making it the fifth consecutive year in a row to become the world's largest. On the other hand, the national license plate limit, vehicle single and even number limit policy, foreign automobile brands constantly influx, the competition of domestic automobile enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. At present, the competitive advantage of automobile enterprises is not only reflected in the core competitiveness, but also closely related to the efficient operation of automobile supply chain. Therefore, automobile supply chain must rely on lean management inside and outside to reduce the cost. Rational allocation of enterprise resources at each node to improve operational efficiency. One of the important contents of supply chain management is performance evaluation, which is the guarantee for enterprises to promote supply chain management successfully. Only through accurate performance evaluation can the problems existing in supply chain operation be discovered and the right remedy can be given. Implement improvement measures. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the theories of supply chain performance evaluation at home and abroad and combining the lean characteristics of automobile supply chain, this paper introduces the catastrophe series evaluation model into automotive lean supply chain. This paper analyzes the production, circulation (including procurement, supply, inventory, logistics) of the lean supply chain of Chinese automobile enterprises and its influencing factors from the angle of the core enterprises, and selects the variables that affect the performance of the supply chain. On the basis of this, a catastrophe model of performance evaluation of lean supply chain for automobile enterprises is constructed. Through the previous literature reading and finding data, we find that there are many related researches on supply chain operation mode and supply chain performance evaluation of automobile enterprises, but there are few systematic studies on supply chain performance evaluation and lean supply chain for automobile enterprises. Taking the production and sale chain of automobile as the logic, this paper analyzes the possible waste in every link of the whole chain from the supply of upstream suppliers, the production and assembly of core enterprises to the sales chain of downstream distributors and retailers. This paper analyzes the importance of evaluating the performance of lean supply chain in automobile enterprises from the angle of internal and external environment, and abstracts the influencing factors of supply chain performance. In the fourth chapter, we summarize the domestic and foreign methods of supply chain performance evaluation, analyze the applicability of the catastrophe series method, use the existing supply chain performance evaluation index system for reference, and explain the role of each index in the evaluation of lean supply chain. Through the expert interview method to determine the important degree of each performance index factor, establish the performance evaluation index system of the automobile enterprise lean supply chain, and establish the performance evaluation model of the automobile enterprise lean supply chain by using the catastrophe series method. Finally, the catastrophe series model is applied to the performance evaluation of automobile supply chain to verify the applicability of the model.
