【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界船舶工業(yè)包括低速船用柴油機(jī)制造業(yè)正在加速向勞動(dòng)力密集、資本豐富和工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)雄厚的亞洲區(qū)域轉(zhuǎn)移,中國(guó)對(duì)韓日造船業(yè)的領(lǐng)先地位形成了強(qiáng)有力的挑戰(zhàn)。但是中國(guó)在生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,物料管理方面明顯處于劣勢(shì),除了產(chǎn)業(yè)配套不健全等原因外,中國(guó)生產(chǎn)廠受設(shè)計(jì)方的設(shè)計(jì)變更影響很大,本文以M公司為例,分析研究了設(shè)計(jì)變更對(duì)物料管理的影響,把問題放在系統(tǒng)高度去解決,提出了適合M公司的物料管理策略。本文在查閱了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn),了解了柴油機(jī)行業(yè)、離散型裝備制造業(yè)等方面的研究成果后開展研究的。調(diào)查和總結(jié)了企業(yè)的物料管理現(xiàn)狀和設(shè)計(jì)變更對(duì)物料的不良影響,通過(guò)定性分析法從企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)功能、業(yè)務(wù)流程以及信息流等方面系統(tǒng)地分析了原因,提出了解決問題的四大策略模塊和十一項(xiàng)具體策略。為了保證具體策略的正確性和可行性,通過(guò)對(duì)比策略與影響元素的相關(guān)性,查缺補(bǔ)漏,基于系統(tǒng)理論并運(yùn)用專家會(huì)議法對(duì)策略與目標(biāo)以及策略之間的符合性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),從而確定具體策略是一致的、可行的,是符合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況的。本文最后重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)了保障措施的重要性,任何一項(xiàng)管理推行尤其是體系性的改善,最高管理者的分析框架起到了決定性的作用,另外與之相關(guān)的管理工具以及組織與制度的保障是管理改善和策略實(shí)施的必要條件。本文以低速柴油機(jī)生產(chǎn)為背景,重點(diǎn)研究多品種小批量生產(chǎn)模式中設(shè)計(jì)變更下的物料管理理論,將豐富物料管理理論體系。盡量利用企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源在不增加企業(yè)成本情況下進(jìn)行策略改善,該研究成果對(duì)低速柴油機(jī)企業(yè)提出系統(tǒng)化的物料管理方法和策略,對(duì)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有較高的實(shí)踐和應(yīng)用價(jià)值,同時(shí)對(duì)整個(gè)柴油機(jī)行業(yè)乃至離散型機(jī)械裝備企業(yè)的管理具有示范和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the shipbuilding industry in the world, including the low-speed marine diesel engine manufacturing industry, is speeding up the transfer to the labor-intensive, capital-rich and industrial base Asia region. China has posed a strong challenge to the leading position of Korea and Japan shipbuilding industry. However, China is obviously at a disadvantage in terms of production efficiency and material management. In addition to the unsound industrial facilities, Chinese production plants are greatly affected by the design changes of the designers. In this paper, M Company is taken as an example. This paper analyzes and studies the influence of design change on material management, puts the problem in the system height to solve, and puts forward the material management strategy suitable for M company. In this paper, a large number of domestic and foreign research literature, understanding of the diesel industry, discrete equipment manufacturing and other aspects of the research results were carried out. This paper investigates and summarizes the current situation of material management in enterprises and the adverse effects of design changes on materials, and systematically analyzes the reasons from the aspects of business function, business process and information flow through qualitative analysis. Four strategy modules and eleven specific strategies are proposed to solve the problem. In order to ensure the correctness and feasibility of the specific strategy, by comparing the correlation between the strategy and the influencing element, checking the missing and filling out, based on the system theory and using the expert meeting method to evaluate the conformity between the strategy and the goal and the strategy. In order to determine the specific strategy is consistent, feasible, is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise. At the end of this paper, the importance of the safeguard measures is emphasized. The analysis framework of the top management plays a decisive role in the implementation of any management, especially in the systematic improvement. In addition, the related management tools and the guarantee of organization and system are the necessary conditions for management improvement and strategy implementation. Based on the low speed diesel engine production, this paper focuses on the material management theory under the design change in the multi-variety and small-batch production mode, which will enrich the material management theory system. As far as possible, the internal resources of the enterprise can be used to improve the strategy without increasing the cost of the enterprise. The research results put forward a systematic material management method and strategy for the low speed diesel engine enterprise, which has a high practical and applied value to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. At the same time, the management of the whole diesel engine industry and discrete machinery and equipment enterprises has the role of demonstration and reference.
