【摘要】：延期支付等多種貿(mào)易信用契約在現(xiàn)實(shí)商品交易中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,被企業(yè)作為競爭策略來使用。本文主要研究在供應(yīng)商和零售商組成的二級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈上,從零售商、供應(yīng)商角度上分別研究兩種貿(mào)易信用支付策略最優(yōu)決策問題,即定期延期支付和集中付款方式的最優(yōu)決策問題,從而為供應(yīng)商、零售商決策提供一定的指導(dǎo)意義。本文主要研究內(nèi)容有：(1)從零售商角度進(jìn)行兩種不同類型的延期支付方式下最優(yōu)訂貨問題的研究,分別建立在定期延期支付方式、集中付款方式下的零售商年訂貨庫存成本函數(shù)模型,并數(shù)值計(jì)算驗(yàn)證和參數(shù)的靈敏度分析。(2)從供應(yīng)商的角度研究在定期信用支付方式和集中付款兩種延期支付策略下如何進(jìn)行最優(yōu)化決策。首先,在定期信用支付方式下建立供應(yīng)商年生產(chǎn)成本函數(shù)模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)在訂單生產(chǎn)模型下供應(yīng)商通過定期延期支付來調(diào)控零售商的訂貨量的力度不大。其次,集中付款方式下給出供應(yīng)商的年生產(chǎn)成本模型及相應(yīng)的模型求解算法,并得到供應(yīng)商的年訂貨庫存成本伴隨信用期的增長而降低。(3)針對(duì)定期延期支付和集中付款兩種不同貿(mào)易信用契約方式,從零售商、供應(yīng)商角度進(jìn)行優(yōu)劣比較并通過數(shù)值計(jì)算分析得到,零售商傾向于選擇定期延期支付方式,而供應(yīng)商偏向于集中付款方式,這為如何制定貿(mào)易信用契約提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Many kinds of trade credit contracts such as deferred payment are widely used in real commodity trading and are used as competitive strategies by enterprises. In this paper, two kinds of trade credit payment strategies are studied in the secondary supply chain composed of suppliers and retailers respectively from the perspective of retailers and suppliers. That is, the optimal decision problem of periodic deferred payment and centralized payment, which provides some guidance for suppliers and retailers to make decisions. This paper mainly studies the optimal ordering problem under two different types of deferred payment methods from the perspective of retailers, respectively, which is based on the periodic deferred payment method. The function model of retailer's annual order inventory cost under the mode of centralized payment, Numerical calculation verification and sensitivity analysis of the parameters. 2) from the point of view of the supplier, this paper studies how to make the optimal decision under two kinds of deferred payment strategies: periodic credit payment and centralized payment. Firstly, the supplier annual production cost function model is established under the regular credit payment mode, and it is found that under the order production model, the supplier has little power to regulate the retailer's order quantity through periodic deferred payment. Secondly, the supplier's annual production cost model and the corresponding model solving algorithm are given under the centralized payment mode. And get the supplier's annual order inventory cost decreases with the increase of credit period.) for two different kinds of trade credit contract, periodic deferred payment and centralized payment, from the retailer, By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of suppliers and analyzing by numerical calculation, it is found that retailers tend to choose periodic deferred payment, while suppliers prefer centralized payment, which provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of trade credit contracts.
