【摘要】：這項研究的總體目標(biāo)是進行棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)在馬拉維的供應(yīng)鏈分析。本文主要研究該棉花供應(yīng)鏈在馬拉維特征、結(jié)構(gòu)、價值增值、成本以及參與該過程的相關(guān)部門人員。這項研究還概述了生產(chǎn)者,制造者以及國內(nèi)和國際市場特征。描述性統(tǒng)計作為樣本頻率、平均水平和平均百分比的主要分析工具。描述性統(tǒng)計有助于生成數(shù)據(jù)的含義,并給研究員發(fā)展棉花供應(yīng)鏈更好的理解。此外本研究應(yīng)用了博弈模型,試圖表明在政府逐年不同定價策略下的生產(chǎn)者和制造者的對策。然而該模型的目的是使生產(chǎn)者和制造者面對有新技術(shù)或者沒有新技術(shù)的情況下利潤最大化。該研究運用馬拉維Cargill and Great lakes公司作為案例,幫助對棉花供應(yīng)鏈的理解。該研究顯示在馬拉維的棉花供應(yīng)鏈整體上不是很發(fā)達。具體表現(xiàn)在供應(yīng)鏈不同部門功能的界定不清稀,人員之間缺乏統(tǒng)一合作,以及政府的過分干預(yù),使得該供應(yīng)鏈對政策及價格變化的承受能力都很脆弱。另外供應(yīng)鏈的靈活性受到共享信息少和需求波動小的約束。該研究還表明該供應(yīng)鏈的成本,比如生產(chǎn)及運輸成本特別高,導(dǎo)致主要制造者,比如Cargill and Great lakes公司,帶來很大的經(jīng)濟限制。該研究也發(fā)現(xiàn)了沒有或很少現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)運用在棉花供應(yīng)鏈的各個環(huán)節(jié),這已導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量差并且棉花在農(nóng)場以及國際市場價格低廉。同樣由于使用低質(zhì)量和不適合的種子品種使得生產(chǎn)效率低,并且生產(chǎn)者投入的費用昂貴,卻沒有充分地利用。這項研究的信息有助于對馬拉維棉花供應(yīng)鏈更好理解,通過深度洞察該供應(yīng)鏈在不同價格策略下鏈接結(jié)構(gòu)、性質(zhì)和行為。這種信息可以幫助相關(guān)人士通過新的方式來在發(fā)展中國家獲得可持續(xù)的、高效率的、透明的棉花供應(yīng)鏈方式。另外,該信息可以幫助決策者和政策制定者在棉花的改善理性的決定,改善馬拉維的供應(yīng)鏈。
[Abstract]:The overall objective of this study is to carry out the supply chain analysis of the cotton industry in Malawi . This paper mainly studies the characteristics , structure , value - added , cost of the supply chain in Malawi and the relevant department personnel involved in the process . The research also shows that the cost of the supply chain is not very developed .
