【摘要】：本文研究的主要目的是通過(guò)以中信戴卡股份有限公司為研究對(duì)象，結(jié)合基于供應(yīng)鏈管理思想的采購(gòu)理論，對(duì)中信戴卡采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，指出其中存在的問(wèn)題，并提出相應(yīng)優(yōu)化方案，以實(shí)現(xiàn)將供應(yīng)鏈管理理論應(yīng)用于汽車零部件制造集團(tuán)性質(zhì)的企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐的結(jié)合。 首先，在大量閱讀國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)本文所涉及的基于供應(yīng)鏈管理的采購(gòu)理論研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述。 其次，運(yùn)用有關(guān)理論對(duì)中信戴卡有限公司采購(gòu)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，指出了其中存在的采購(gòu)的定位不準(zhǔn)確、采購(gòu)管理流程與制度不科學(xué)、采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)的組織機(jī)構(gòu)不適應(yīng)、采購(gòu)策略簡(jiǎn)單化、供應(yīng)商管理水平較低等主要問(wèn)題，并由此提出了優(yōu)化目標(biāo)。 再次，運(yùn)用有關(guān)理論對(duì)中信戴卡的采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行針對(duì)性優(yōu)化。包含組織機(jī)構(gòu)的重建、優(yōu)化采購(gòu)流程與細(xì)化采購(gòu)制度、應(yīng)用供應(yīng)細(xì)分模型將采購(gòu)商品進(jìn)行細(xì)分，并針對(duì)每個(gè)類型物品的特點(diǎn)相應(yīng)制定了不同的采購(gòu)策略、進(jìn)行采購(gòu)的ERP建設(shè)、進(jìn)行集團(tuán)化采購(gòu)等。 然后，對(duì)于采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)在優(yōu)化過(guò)程中的遇到的困難和優(yōu)化的實(shí)施保障進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述，其中包括采購(gòu)的績(jī)效考核、采購(gòu)人員的培訓(xùn)、采購(gòu)協(xié)同等方面，為中信戴卡提升采購(gòu)管理水平提供了穩(wěn)定的基礎(chǔ)和前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力。 最后，對(duì)本文提出的采購(gòu)管理優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。優(yōu)化方案的實(shí)施，可為中信戴卡在供應(yīng)鏈管理、降低采購(gòu)成本、加快現(xiàn)金流周轉(zhuǎn)、提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等方面帶來(lái)顯著改善，直接提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)效益。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of CITIC Dai Card purchasing system and point out the existing problems by taking CITIC Dai Ka Co., Ltd as the research object and combining with the purchasing theory based on supply chain management. In order to realize the combination of supply chain management theory and enterprise management practice of automobile parts manufacturing group, the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward. Firstly, on the basis of reading a lot of literature at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the research and application of supply chain management (SCM) based procurement theory. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of procurement management in Citic Decca Co., Ltd by using relevant theories, and points out that the position of procurement is not accurate, the procurement management process and system are not scientific, and the organization of procurement system is not suitable. The procurement strategy is simplified and the supplier management level is low, and the optimization goal is put forward. Thirdly, the relevant theory is used to optimize the purchasing system of CITIC Card. It includes the reconstruction of the organization, the optimization of the purchasing process and the refinement of the procurement system, the application of the supply segmentation model to the subdivision of the purchased goods, and the establishment of different purchasing strategies according to the characteristics of each type of goods, so as to carry out the ERP construction of the procurement. Group purchasing, etc. Then, the difficulties encountered in the process of optimization and the implementation of the optimization are discussed in detail, including the performance evaluation of procurement, the training of procurement personnel, procurement coordination, and so on. For CITIC Dai card to improve the level of procurement management to provide a stable basis and the driving force for progress. Finally, the paper summarizes the optimization scheme of purchasing management. The implementation of the optimized scheme can bring significant improvement to the supply chain management, reduce the purchasing cost, accelerate the cash flow turnover, enhance the core competitiveness, and directly improve the business efficiency.
