【摘要】：家電連鎖電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)利用信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、信息技術(shù)和電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)提供家電產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈管理服務(wù)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)與客戶(hù)管理服務(wù)、客戶(hù)訂單管理服務(wù)、以及智能決策支持服務(wù),推動(dòng)家電產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售朝向中、高端的服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)模式下,家電產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售服務(wù)的治理模式創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品資源積聚、服務(wù)積聚的創(chuàng)新模式。本論文以家電連鎖超市服務(wù)管理為研究對(duì)象,綜述了目前家電連鎖超市進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀。所研究的電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)和平臺(tái)運(yùn)用連鎖超市創(chuàng)新管理模式與方法、界面借鑒了“易飛ERP系統(tǒng)”的風(fēng)格,在Microsoft.Net開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境與平臺(tái),以及SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng),通過(guò)程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)了第三方控件dbTreeview的功能。根據(jù)當(dāng)前超市家電連鎖銷(xiāo)售的工作流程,開(kāi)發(fā)了小型連鎖超市進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存系統(tǒng),其特征是,系統(tǒng)由客戶(hù)服務(wù)端、服務(wù)器端和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電連鎖超市進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存的業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程支撐。本文以軟件工程的生命周期法作為開(kāi)發(fā)方法,在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,做了詳細(xì)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。包括總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的選擇。由于連鎖超市管理錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜、品種繁多,所以論文有選擇地突出了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)部分、程序設(shè)計(jì)部分。
[Abstract]:Home appliance chain e-commerce platform uses information infrastructure, information technology and e-commerce systems to provide home appliances supply chain management services, marketing and customer management services, customer order management services, and intelligent decision support services. To promote the development of home appliance sales towards the middle and high end service industry, and to realize the innovation of governance mode, product resource accumulation and service accumulation model of household appliances sales and service under the mode of interconnection. This paper takes the service management of household appliance chain supermarket as the research object, and summarizes the present situation of the current knowledge management system of the household appliance chain supermarket's purchase, sale and storage. The electronic commerce system and platform studied in this paper use the innovative management mode and method of chain supermarket, and the interface uses the style of "easy fly ERP system", develops environment and platform in Microsoft. Net, and SQL Server database system. Through the program to achieve the third party control dbTreeview function. According to the current work flow of supermarket household appliance chain sales, a small chain supermarket purchase, marketing and storage system is developed. The system is composed of customer service end, server end and database system. To achieve the electricity chain supermarket purchase and storage business process support. This paper takes the lifecycle method of software engineering as the development method and makes a detailed system design on the basis of requirement analysis. Including the overall structure design, functional module design, network structure design and system platform selection. Because the chain supermarket management is complicated and the variety is various, the paper selectively highlights the database design part and the program design part.
