【摘要】：知識互補(bǔ)作為產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新的一個關(guān)鍵黏合劑,是實(shí)現(xiàn)三方知識創(chuàng)新和知識價值增值的重要環(huán)節(jié),更是促進(jìn)三方互利共贏的主要平臺。同時,創(chuàng)新作為產(chǎn)學(xué)研的根本目的,為了使三方合作的順利進(jìn)行,既要協(xié)調(diào)好三方在知識理解、知識應(yīng)用上的差異性,還需要注重知識供應(yīng)鏈上知識共享、知識轉(zhuǎn)移和知識創(chuàng)新的特點(diǎn)及影響因素。在合作創(chuàng)新中,分析三方知識互補(bǔ)機(jī)理的評價原則和應(yīng)用研究,構(gòu)建互補(bǔ)機(jī)理的知識轉(zhuǎn)移模型,使得知識的互補(bǔ)機(jī)理運(yùn)用,不僅可以促進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新,更重要的是對經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展起到基礎(chǔ)性和關(guān)鍵性的作用。
[Abstract]:Knowledge complementation is a key adhesive for the innovation of cooperation between industry, university and research. It is an important link to realize the three-way knowledge innovation and the value increment of knowledge, and it is also the main platform to promote the tripartite mutual benefit and win-win. At the same time, innovation is the fundamental purpose of industry, university and research. In order to make the tripartite cooperation go on smoothly, we should not only coordinate the differences in knowledge understanding and application among the three parties, but also pay attention to the knowledge sharing in the knowledge supply chain. The characteristics and influencing factors of knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation. In the cooperative innovation, the evaluation principle and applied research of the tripartite knowledge complementary mechanism are analyzed, and the knowledge transfer model of the complementary mechanism is constructed, so that the application of the knowledge complementary mechanism can not only promote the innovation of industry-university-research cooperation. More importantly, the sustainable development of the economy plays a fundamental and key role.
