“葡北油庫”數(shù)字化自動控制系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)人類社會進(jìn)入到信息化時代,企業(yè)信息化便成為提升核心競爭力的重要手段。隨著社會進(jìn)程的逐步加快,石油需求量急劇增加,全球信息化逐步加深,油庫作為石油供應(yīng)鏈中非常重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),更應(yīng)該利用數(shù)字化、信息化管理來改善工作效率,提高競爭力。然而,在目前狀況下,在油庫信息化建設(shè)的過程當(dāng)中,仍然存在著一系列的問題,主要表現(xiàn)在自動化水平有待提高,不能滿足發(fā)展的需求。與此同時,數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸方式和設(shè)備的管理機(jī)制還存在著較大問題,這些問題結(jié)合在一起,對油庫的各個系統(tǒng)部門的有效運(yùn)行帶來不利的影響,更不能滿足當(dāng)今油庫發(fā)展的未來趨勢。 本論文建立油庫數(shù)字化自動控制系統(tǒng),并應(yīng)用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的控制運(yùn)行中。建立SCADA監(jiān)控與數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),利用Wonderware InTouch軟件設(shè)計上位機(jī)界面,通過OPC服務(wù)器的協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換功能與羅克韋爾PLC模塊進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通訊,由此建立一整套適用于油庫的自動控制系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)國際慣例建立工業(yè)以太網(wǎng),并且依照現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)建立設(shè)備網(wǎng)和控制網(wǎng),將現(xiàn)場設(shè)備及相關(guān)的儀器儀表數(shù)據(jù)通過PLC發(fā)送到上位機(jī)界面,上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)對各個部門及其現(xiàn)場設(shè)備統(tǒng)一監(jiān)控管理。真正意義上實(shí)現(xiàn)了“數(shù)字化油庫”的基本理念,使油庫的生產(chǎn)管理更為便捷,而且在節(jié)約能源、減少污染排放和提高生產(chǎn)效率方面也是非常有利的。
[Abstract]:When the human society enters the information age, enterprise informatization becomes an important means to enhance the core competitiveness. With the gradual acceleration of the social process, the rapid increase of oil demand and the gradual deepening of global informatization, oil depots, as a very important link in the oil supply chain, should use digitization and information management to improve their working efficiency. Improve competitiveness. However, in the current situation, there are still a series of problems in the process of oil depot information construction, mainly in the level of automation needs to be improved, unable to meet the needs of development. At the same time, there are still some problems in the mode of data transmission and the management mechanism of equipment. These problems, combined with these problems, have a negative impact on the effective operation of the various system departments of the oil depot. In this paper, the digital automatic control system of oil depot is established, and it is applied to the control and operation of industrial field equipment. The SCADA monitoring and data acquisition system is established, the upper computer interface is designed by Wonderware InTouch software, and the data communication with Rockwell PLC module is carried out through the protocol conversion function of OPC server, and a set of automatic control system suitable for oil depot is established. Industrial Ethernet is established in accordance with international practice, and equipment network and control network are established according to fieldbus technology. The data of field equipment and related instruments are sent to the upper computer interface through PLC. Upper computer system to each department and its field equipment unified monitoring and management. It has realized the basic idea of "digital oil depot" in real sense, made the production management of oil depot more convenient, and it is also very advantageous in saving energy, reducing pollution emission and improving production efficiency.
