溫度控制下易逝性食品的最優(yōu)定價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)逐漸把供應(yīng)鏈管理作為其提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要手段之一,其中對(duì)庫(kù)存食品的溫度控制作為食品供應(yīng)鏈管理中極其重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),引起了廣大企業(yè)和學(xué)者的關(guān)注,并使得易逝性食品的質(zhì)量受到廣大消費(fèi)者的日益關(guān)注.食品的易逝性特征彰顯了對(duì)庫(kù)存食品溫度控制的重要性,能否合理的生產(chǎn)、存儲(chǔ)以及運(yùn)輸易逝性食品與企業(yè)的利益以及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展密切相關(guān). 本文考慮食品質(zhì)量衰減以及溫控成本,建立了使企業(yè)總收益達(dá)到最大的易逝性食品的動(dòng)態(tài)定價(jià)模型.模型中將倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)溫度視為連續(xù)變量,所考慮的系統(tǒng)的需求以及產(chǎn)品定價(jià)均具有時(shí)變性特征,同時(shí)需求還受產(chǎn)品定價(jià)影響.利用Pontryagin最大值原理得到最優(yōu)解的必要條件,進(jìn)而得到了產(chǎn)品的最優(yōu)定價(jià)及倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)溫度.在考慮一般衰減系數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了產(chǎn)品的溫度控制及一次定價(jià)模型,利用一維搜索算法計(jì)算出產(chǎn)品的最優(yōu)生命周期,得到了最優(yōu)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)溫度和產(chǎn)品價(jià)格.最后,對(duì)模型的管理意義進(jìn)行分析,并通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性.
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, enterprises gradually regard supply chain management as one of the main means to improve their market competitiveness, and the temperature control of food inventory is an extremely important part of food supply chain management. It has attracted the attention of enterprises and scholars, and made the quality of perishable food more and more concerned by consumers. The perishable character of food shows the importance of controlling the temperature of food in stock. Whether we can reasonably produce store and transport perishable food is closely related to the interests of enterprises and the development of social economy. Considering food quality attenuation and temperature control cost, a dynamic pricing model of perishable food is established. In the model, the storage temperature is regarded as a continuous variable, the system demand and product pricing are time-varying, and the demand is also affected by the product pricing. The necessary conditions for the optimal solution are obtained by using the Pontryagin maximum principle, and then the optimal pricing and storage temperature of the product are obtained. On the basis of considering the general attenuation coefficient, the temperature control and primary pricing model of the product are established, the optimal life cycle of the product is calculated by one-dimensional search algorithm, and the optimal storage temperature and product price are obtained. Finally, the management significance of the model is analyzed, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example.
