潤滑油基礎(chǔ)油供應(yīng)鏈的管理及優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈管理是一種隨著全球市場化競爭的不斷發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的新型企業(yè)管理思想。它可以有效地整合供應(yīng)鏈中的資源,協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈中各企業(yè)的決策,建立供應(yīng)鏈的合作伙伴關(guān)系,以此提高供應(yīng)鏈的各項指標(biāo),提升供應(yīng)鏈的整體競爭力。但由于供應(yīng)鏈建模以及供應(yīng)鏈管理方法的多樣性,不同供應(yīng)鏈所適用的供應(yīng)鏈管理方法也是不盡相同的。針對具體行業(yè)背景下的供應(yīng)鏈建模管理是現(xiàn)今供應(yīng)鏈研究的典型模式。 供應(yīng)鏈管理在我國各行中均有所研究,但對于石油行業(yè)的量化研究并不多,尤其是針對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)重不合理、亟需產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的國內(nèi)潤滑油基礎(chǔ)油供應(yīng)鏈,幾乎沒有相關(guān)的研究,而與之密切聯(lián)系的潤滑油產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展卻直接關(guān)系到我國石油行業(yè)甚至整個工業(yè)的發(fā)展。針對這個問題,本文以潤滑油基礎(chǔ)油產(chǎn)業(yè)為背景,對基礎(chǔ)油供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行建模以及優(yōu)化。具體研究工作如下: (1)利用數(shù)學(xué)建模方法建立了基礎(chǔ)油供應(yīng)鏈的模型,確定了以各供應(yīng)鏈成員利潤為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化問題。采用分布式?jīng)Q策方案對模型進(jìn)行求解,同時加入收益共享契約及聯(lián)盟契約優(yōu)化了供應(yīng)鏈模型的決策。比較分析了兩種契約對于供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化問題目標(biāo)函數(shù)的影響情況,并據(jù)此結(jié)合PSO算法驗證了“供應(yīng)鏈整體利潤在實際操作情況下可以達(dá)到集中決策方案最優(yōu)值”的假設(shè)。 (2)針對集中決策方案的操作性,考慮集中式供應(yīng)鏈下的利潤分配問題,提出了基于成員利潤貢獻(xiàn)度的Shapley值方法。針對基礎(chǔ)油供應(yīng)鏈利潤分配影響因素的多樣性,提出了基于AHP方法和GEM方法的多影響因素共同作用的供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化方法?紤]到供應(yīng)鏈成員決策的主觀性,結(jié)合前面幾種方法,提出了以成員分配滿意度為基礎(chǔ)、多影響因素共同作用的供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化方法。 (3)通過對分布式?jīng)Q策方案的數(shù)值仿真,分析了兩種契約對于供應(yīng)鏈成員利潤影響的根本原因以及各模型參數(shù)的變化對成員利潤的影響。通過對集中決策方案的數(shù)值仿真,比較了各方案中成員滿意度以及對多影響因素的反應(yīng)情況,驗證了各方案的優(yōu)劣。
[Abstract]:Supply chain management (SCM) is a new enterprise management thought which comes into being with the development of global market competition. It can effectively integrate the resources in the supply chain, coordinate the decisions of the enterprises in the supply chain, and establish the partnership of the supply chain, so as to improve the index of the supply chain and enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. However, due to the diversity of supply chain modeling and supply chain management methods, different supply chain management methods are different. Supply chain modeling and management under specific industry background is a typical mode of supply chain research. Supply chain management has been studied in every line of our country, but there are few quantitative studies on oil industry. In particular, for the domestic lube base oil supply chain, which has a serious and unreasonable industrial structure and is in urgent need of industrial upgrading, there is hardly any relevant research. The development of lube oil industry, which is closely related to it, is directly related to the development of our petroleum industry and even the whole industry. In order to solve this problem, this paper models and optimizes the base oil supply chain based on the lube base oil industry. The specific research work is as follows: 1) the model of base oil supply chain is established by using mathematical modeling method, and the optimization problem of supply chain based on the profit of each supply chain member is determined. The model is solved by distributed decision scheme, and the decision of supply chain model is optimized by adding revenue sharing contract and alliance contract. The influence of two kinds of contracts on the objective function of supply chain optimization problem is compared and analyzed. Based on the PSO algorithm, the hypothesis that "the overall profit of supply chain can reach the optimal value of centralized decision scheme in practical operation" is verified. In view of the maneuverability of centralized decision scheme, the profit distribution problem under centralized supply chain is considered. A Shapley value method based on member profit contribution is proposed. In view of the diversity of factors affecting profit distribution of base oil supply chain, a supply chain optimization method based on AHP and gem is proposed. Considering the subjectivity of decision making of supply chain members, combined with the previous several methods, this paper proposes a supply chain optimization method based on the satisfaction degree of member distribution and the interaction of many factors. The fundamental causes of the influence of the two kinds of contracts on the profit of supply chain members and the influence of the parameters of each model on the profit of the members are analyzed. Through the numerical simulation of the centralized decision scheme, the satisfaction degree of the members and the response to multiple factors are compared, and the merits and demerits of each scheme are verified.
