【摘要】：在研究已有文獻的基礎上,以兩級庫存為例,討論了在有限時域內一個供應商多個分銷商的兩級庫存供銷系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化問題。對于分銷商而言,最優(yōu)策略是在有限時域內,需求是時間的連續(xù)函數(shù)、允許缺貨且缺貨完全回補、變質率為常數(shù)、補貨率無窮大情況下的費用最小化;而對于供應商則是尋找有限時域內,在不允許缺貨情況下需求為離散的變質性物品的最優(yōu)庫存補充策略。兩級庫存供銷系統(tǒng)的變質性物品多周期動態(tài)庫存控制優(yōu)化模型討論了整個供銷系統(tǒng)在多周期內動態(tài)庫存模型的最小總費用,并提出了求解該問題的兩步算法,這即是研究需求連續(xù)的變質性物品多周期動態(tài)庫存控制優(yōu)化模型。本文通過數(shù)值算例說明該方法的實現(xiàn)過程。三級庫存至多級庫存的問題可類似地討論。
[Abstract]:Based on the existing literatures, the optimization problem of two-stage inventory supply and marketing system with multiple distributors of a supplier in a limited time domain is discussed. For the distributor, the optimal strategy is that in the finite time domain, the demand is a continuous function of time, and the shortage is allowed to be fully compensated, the deterioration rate is constant, and the cost is minimized when the replenishment rate is infinite. For the supplier, the optimal inventory replenishment strategy is to find out the optimal inventory replenishment strategy of the deteriorating goods with discrete demand in the limited time domain and no shortage. The optimization model of multi-period dynamic inventory control for deteriorating items in two-stage inventory supply and marketing system is presented. The minimum total cost of the dynamic inventory model of the entire supply and marketing system is discussed, and a two-step algorithm for solving the problem is proposed. This is the optimization model of multi-period dynamic inventory control for deteriorating items with continuous demand. A numerical example is given to illustrate the implementation of the method. The problem of three-level inventory to multi-level inventory can be discussed similarly.
