【摘要】：研究了供應(yīng)商和制造商產(chǎn)出隨機(jī)且零售商面臨隨機(jī)需求的三級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)模型,決策變量為供應(yīng)商的原材料投入量、制造商的訂購(gòu)量和零售商的訂購(gòu)量。分析了集中決策下供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)基準(zhǔn)的唯一性,論證了回購(gòu)契約及其與產(chǎn)出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)組合契約的協(xié)調(diào)性。研究結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于產(chǎn)出和需求不確定的三級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈,僅考慮在制造商和零售商之間采用回購(gòu)契約可改善供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效,但并不能實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈的全局最優(yōu)化,而從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)的角度設(shè)計(jì)的回購(gòu)和產(chǎn)出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)組合契約不僅能有效的協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈,且在一定條件下,各供應(yīng)鏈成員的利潤(rùn)還能獲得帕累托改進(jìn)。通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了以上結(jié)論的正確性,并分析了回購(gòu)價(jià)格對(duì)訂購(gòu)量、原材料投入量和利潤(rùn)的影響,以及各供應(yīng)鏈成員對(duì)契約的偏好。
[Abstract]:A three-level supply chain coordination model in which suppliers and manufacturers produce random output and retailers face random demand is studied. The decision variables are the raw material input of suppliers, the quantity of manufacturers' orders and the quantity of retailers' orders. The uniqueness of supply chain coordination benchmark under centralized decision is analyzed, and the coordination between repurchase contract and output risk sharing contract is demonstrated. The results show that for the three-level supply chain with uncertain output and demand, considering the repurchase contract between manufacturer and retailer can improve the performance of supply chain, but it can not achieve the global optimization of supply chain. The repurchase and output risk sharing contracts designed from the perspective of risk sharing can not only effectively coordinate the supply chain, but also can obtain Pareto improvement on the profit of each member of the supply chain under certain conditions. The validity of the above conclusions is verified by an example, and the effects of repurchase price on order quantity, raw material input and profit, as well as the preference of supply chain members to contract are analyzed.
