【摘要】：物流業(yè)發(fā)展至21世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著采購(gòu)體系供應(yīng)鏈管理體系的不斷完善,企業(yè)采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)逐漸成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素。文中以供應(yīng)鏈為基礎(chǔ),首先通過(guò)研究目前超市采購(gòu)中普遍存在的問(wèn)題,將超市的采購(gòu)問(wèn)題定性為貨物的市場(chǎng)需求等方面。同時(shí),給出將貨物進(jìn)行分類采購(gòu)的采購(gòu)優(yōu)化方案,用以解決采購(gòu)方面的問(wèn)題。并以歐尚超市為例論述了優(yōu)化方案的可行性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
[Abstract]:Since the development of logistics industry in the 21st century, with the continuous improvement of supply chain management system of procurement system, the competition between enterprise procurement and supply chain has gradually become the main competitive factor of enterprise competition. Based on the supply chain, this paper firstly studies the common problems in supermarket purchasing, and defines the purchasing problem as the market demand of goods. At the same time, the procurement optimization scheme of classifying goods is given to solve the problem of procurement. Taking Auchan supermarket as an example, the feasibility and economy of the optimization scheme are discussed.
