基于禁忌搜索算法的電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)成本優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó)電源結(jié)構(gòu)中,火力發(fā)電占據(jù)了絕對(duì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,為保障我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速穩(wěn)定、健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了充足的動(dòng)力。我國(guó)煤炭的產(chǎn)區(qū)和主要火力發(fā)電廠的分布存在巨大的地理差異,因此,長(zhǎng)距離的電煤運(yùn)輸對(duì)電力企業(yè)的發(fā)展起著重要的作用。本文從電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)成本優(yōu)化的角度出發(fā),研究了電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)路徑的優(yōu)化和多式聯(lián)運(yùn)樞紐裝卸流程的優(yōu)化,從而降低電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)成本、提高效率。 本文首先介紹了一般貨物多式聯(lián)運(yùn)成本優(yōu)化問題的相關(guān)理論研究成果,闡述了多式聯(lián)運(yùn)成本優(yōu)化問題研究的來(lái)龍去脈,然后,結(jié)合電煤運(yùn)輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn),分析了電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并指出了研究電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)成本優(yōu)化問題的必要性。電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)路徑優(yōu)化和多式聯(lián)運(yùn)樞紐裝卸流程優(yōu)化是電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)成本優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ),本文在分析了電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)路徑優(yōu)化和裝卸流程優(yōu)化的成本構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)路徑優(yōu)化模型和電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)樞紐裝卸流程優(yōu)化模型,并引入禁忌搜索算法來(lái)求解模型。最后,通過解決HD發(fā)電集團(tuán)KM發(fā)電廠的實(shí)際算例來(lái)驗(yàn)證本文構(gòu)建的兩個(gè)模型;算例分析結(jié)果表明,電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)路徑優(yōu)化模型和電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)樞紐裝卸流程優(yōu)化模型可以降低發(fā)電集團(tuán)電煤多式聯(lián)運(yùn)的成本。
[Abstract]:In the power supply structure of our country, the thermal power generation occupies the absolute superiority position, has provided the sufficient power for the guarantee our country economy high speed stability, the health sustainable development. There are great geographical differences between the coal producing areas and the distribution of main thermal power plants in China. Therefore, long-distance coal transportation plays an important role in the development of electric power enterprises. From the point of view of optimizing the cost of multimodal transport of electric coal, this paper studies the optimization of the path of multimodal transport of thermal coal and the optimization of loading and unloading process of multimodal transport hub, so as to reduce the cost of multimodal transport of electric coal and improve the efficiency. This paper first introduces the related theoretical research results of the general multimodal freight intermodal transport cost optimization problem, expounds the background of the multimodal transport cost optimization problem, and then, combined with the characteristics of thermal coal transportation, This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the development of multimodal transport of thermal coal, and points out the necessity of studying the optimization of cost of multimodal transport of power coal. The optimization of the route of multimodal transport and the optimization of loading and unloading flow of multimodal transport hub are the basis of the cost optimization of multimodal transport of thermal coal. This paper analyzes the cost composition of route optimization and process optimization of multimodal transport of power coal. The optimization model of the route of multimodal transportation of electric coal and the optimization model of loading and unloading flow of power coal multimodal transport hub are constructed, and the Tabu search algorithm is introduced to solve the model. Finally, the two models constructed in this paper are verified by solving the practical examples of km power plant in HD power generation group, and the results show that, The optimization model of power coal multimodal transport path and the power coal multimodal transportation hub loading and unloading process optimization model can reduce the cost of power generation group.
