【摘要】：以深圳市15家林產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,提出基于粗糙集的林產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈信息共享程度評(píng)價(jià)模型,從5個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了全新的林產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈信息共享程度評(píng)價(jià)體系。其中,IT能力方面包含4個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo):IT系統(tǒng)花費(fèi)、IT技術(shù)應(yīng)用、信息系統(tǒng)安全和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)性能�；A(chǔ)投資水平方面包含4個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo):硬件設(shè)施投資、通訊投資、人工成本投資以及組織成本投資。共享信息方面包含3個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo):共享渠道數(shù)量、共享信息種類和共享信息深度。共享信息狀態(tài)方面包含4個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo):信息完整程度、信息及時(shí)程度、信息反饋程度和信息準(zhǔn)確程度。管理因素及績(jī)效水平方面包含5個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo):組織結(jié)構(gòu)狀況、業(yè)務(wù)流程、牛鞭效應(yīng)影響、履約率、客戶服務(wù)能力水平和訂單完成程度。結(jié)果表明,林產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈上游企業(yè)信息共享程度明顯高于林產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈下游企業(yè)的信息共享程度,該評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果可為林產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈信息共享激勵(lì)實(shí)施提供參考。
[Abstract]:Taking 15 forest product supply chain enterprises in Shenzhen as the research object, this paper puts forward the evaluation model of forest product supply chain information sharing degree based on rough set, and constructs a new evaluation system of forest product supply chain information sharing degree from five aspects. Among them, IT capability includes four secondary indicators: IT system costs IT technology application, information system security and database performance. The basic investment level includes four secondary indicators: investment in hardware facilities, investment in communications, investment in labor costs and investment in organizational costs. Sharing information includes three secondary indexes: the number of shared channels, the types of shared information and the depth of shared information. The state of shared information includes four secondary indexes: the degree of information integrity, the degree of information timeliness, the degree of information feedback and the degree of information accuracy. Management factors and performance level include five secondary indicators: organizational structure, business process, bullwhip effect, compliance rate, customer service ability level and order completion level. The results show that the degree of information sharing in upstream enterprises of forest products supply chain is obviously higher than that in downstream enterprises of forest product supply chain, and the evaluation result can provide a reference for the encouragement and implementation of information sharing in forest product supply chain.
