【摘要】：合作是"小農(nóng)戶"鏈接"大市場",提高其市場經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的有效途徑。運用博弈矩陣分析農(nóng)戶合作的形成過程,將農(nóng)戶合作的形成過程分為尋求合作和維持合作兩個階段,同時將維持合作階段細(xì)分為力量均衡的農(nóng)戶合作博弈和力量懸殊的農(nóng)戶合作博弈兩種情況進(jìn)行討論。在力量均衡的博弈下,農(nóng)戶需要借助獎懲機(jī)制和信任資本的實現(xiàn),強(qiáng)化合作組織內(nèi)部制度安排來維系合作;而在力量懸殊的情形下,精英農(nóng)戶的"殘酷啟動策略"及領(lǐng)袖效應(yīng)就可以使合作得以持續(xù)。
[Abstract]:Cooperation is an effective way for small farmers to link to big market and improve their market economy status. The game matrix is used to analyze the forming process of peasant household cooperation, and the forming process of peasant household cooperation is divided into two stages: seeking cooperation and maintaining cooperation. At the same time, the cooperation stage is divided into two situations: peasant household cooperative game with balance of power and farmer cooperative game with great difference of power. In the game of balance of power, farmers need to strengthen the internal institutional arrangements of cooperative organizations to maintain cooperation by means of the mechanism of rewards and punishment and the realization of trust capital. The "cruel start-up strategy" and the leadership effect of elite farmers can make the cooperation sustainable.
