【摘要】:中國是世界上最大的鋼鐵生產(chǎn)國和消費(fèi)國,但我國境內(nèi)擁有的鐵礦資源又較為貧乏。由于近10年來鋼鐵業(yè)的超常發(fā)展,我國鐵礦石的供給依賴于海外的狀況越來越嚴(yán)重,最近幾年間,國際鐵礦石基準(zhǔn)價(jià)六年累計(jì)漲幅達(dá)到270.52%,如此瘋漲的鐵礦石價(jià)格給我國鋼鐵企業(yè)帶來了極大的成本壓力,為今后的健康發(fā)展也蒙上了厚厚的陰影。因此,建立穩(wěn)定的鐵礦資源供給聯(lián)盟十分迫切。 本文通過對(duì)鐵礦石貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,在空間分布現(xiàn)狀、供需現(xiàn)狀、物流運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行闡述,指出中國鋼鐵資源產(chǎn)業(yè)成長的薄弱現(xiàn)狀以及限制整個(gè)鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的根源。并通過對(duì)比分析供應(yīng)鏈契約的各種模式,認(rèn)為國際鐵礦石貿(mào)易的供需聯(lián)盟事宜采用收益共享契約模式。這種模式可以使供需雙方共同承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),收益共享,也更加符合現(xiàn)實(shí)中企業(yè)間的博弈策略協(xié)調(diào)。 本文采用鐵礦石供需聯(lián)盟收益共享契約模型分析供需雙方的利益水平,并指出中間的運(yùn)輸企業(yè)通過此模型也會(huì)受益。在綜合考慮缺貨損失和剩余品殘值與生產(chǎn)成本相關(guān)情況下,建立供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找婀蚕砥跫s協(xié)調(diào)模型,得出零售商的最優(yōu)決策行為和契約參數(shù)(?)的取值范圍。
[Abstract]:China is the world's largest producer and consumer of iron and steel, but its iron ore resources are relatively poor. As a result of the extraordinary development of the steel industry in the past 10 years, the supply of iron ore in China has become more and more dependent on overseas countries. In recent years, The cumulative increase of international iron ore benchmark price in six years has reached 270.52. The soaring iron ore price has brought great cost pressure to the iron and steel enterprises of our country, and has also cast a thick shadow on the healthy development in the future. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a stable supply alliance of iron ore resources. Based on the analysis of the present situation of iron ore trade development, this paper expounds the present situation of space distribution, supply and demand, logistics and transportation, etc. This paper points out the weak situation of the iron and steel resources industry growth in China and the root of restricting the development of the whole steel industry. By comparing and analyzing various modes of supply chain contract, the author thinks that the profit sharing contract is adopted in the international iron ore trade supply and demand alliance. This model can make both supply and demand share the risk and benefit, and it is more in line with the coordination of game strategy between enterprises in reality. In this paper, the profit sharing contract model of iron ore supply and demand alliance is used to analyze the benefit level of both supply and demand parties, and it is pointed out that the intermediate transportation enterprises will also benefit from this model. Considering the shortage loss, residual value and production cost, the coordination model of supply chain revenue sharing contract is established, and the optimal decision behavior and contract parameters of retailers are obtained.
