德州供電公司ERP項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:供電企業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要支柱,于2009年開始規(guī)劃企業(yè)信息化高速發(fā)展之路,計(jì)劃建設(shè)ERP(企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃)項(xiàng)目。ERP項(xiàng)目是先進(jìn)的管理思想同信息技術(shù)的有效結(jié)合,它從供應(yīng)鏈的角度出發(fā),將企業(yè)的各種資源進(jìn)行有效整合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了“三流(物流、資金流、信息流)合一”。ERP項(xiàng)目能夠?qū)ζ髽I(yè)現(xiàn)有資源進(jìn)行有效整合和管理,力求以最小的投入獲得最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,成功建設(shè)ERP項(xiàng)目是很多企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的有力支撐。文章首先闡述了選題的背景和意義,研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并對論文的主要內(nèi)容、框架結(jié)構(gòu)和相關(guān)理論作了介紹。接著,針對德州供電公司概況進(jìn)行闡述,介紹該項(xiàng)目的基本情況、實(shí)施進(jìn)度、建設(shè)內(nèi)容等。然后對德州供電公司ERP項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別。通過定性分析指出德州供電公司ERP項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可以分為社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、人力風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。隨后對德州供電公司ERP項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。利用層次分析法和模糊評(píng)價(jià)法對德州供電公司ERP項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明項(xiàng)目整體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在較低等級(jí),項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在可接受的范圍內(nèi)。按風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大小排序?yàn)樵擁?xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)水平從高到低的排序?yàn)椋嘿Y金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、人力風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后,提出德州供電公司ERP項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對措施。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際總結(jié)一套較合理的德州供電公司ERP項(xiàng)目建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析方案。(2)從一個(gè)第三方的視角展現(xiàn)德州供電公司在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中存在的問題。(3)希望對不同層次的電力企業(yè)ERP項(xiàng)目建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Power supply enterprises, as the main pillar of our national economy, began to plan the rapid development of enterprise informatization in 2009. The ERP project is an effective combination of advanced management ideas and information technology. From the point of view of supply chain, it integrates all kinds of resources of enterprises effectively, and realizes the integration of three flows (material flow, capital flow, information flow). ERP project can effectively integrate and manage the existing resources of enterprises. We strive to obtain the maximum economic benefit with the minimum investment. The successful construction of ERP project is the strong support for many enterprises to realize the leapfrog development. Firstly, the background and significance of the topic are expounded, and the relevant literature at home and abroad is studied. The main contents, frame structure and related theories of the thesis are also introduced. Then, the general situation of Texas Power supply Company, the basic situation of the project, implementation progress, construction content and so on. Then the Texas Power supply Company ERP project risk identification. Through qualitative analysis, the author points out that the risk of ERP project in Texas Power supply Company can be divided into social risk, capital risk, technical risk, human risk and project quality risk. Then the ERP project risk evaluation of Texas Power supply Company. The ERP project risk of Texas Power supply Company is evaluated by AHP and fuzzy evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the overall risk of the project is at a lower level and the project risk is within an acceptable range. The order of risk factors according to the risk level is: capital risk, technical risk, manpower risk, quality risk, social risk. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures to deal with the risk of ERP project in Texas Power supply Company. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following several aspects: 1) combined with the actual situation of a set of reasonable Texas Power supply Company ERP project construction risk analysis program. 2) from a third party perspective to show Texas Power supply Company in the actual The existing problems in the project construction hope to have reference significance for different levels of ERP project construction risk management in electric power enterprises.
