電子行業(yè)突發(fā)供應(yīng)鏈事故后積極風險應(yīng)對措施的研究

【摘要】:近期由于各種不可抗力引起的突發(fā)事件在電子行業(yè)領(lǐng)域頻繁發(fā)生,從而導致電子行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的脆弱性日益增加,因此對于如何在供應(yīng)端發(fā)生嚴重事故前做好相應(yīng)的風險控制就顯得尤為重要,只有做好風險控制,企業(yè)才能對事故采取迅速而得法的應(yīng)變措施。 本文依據(jù)風險管理領(lǐng)域最新理論,提出了一種應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件同時適用于電子行業(yè)特殊性的創(chuàng)新型供應(yīng)鏈風險管理方法,并將此方法應(yīng)用于一個遭受突發(fā)重大事故影響的電子公司真實案例中,通過深入描述和分析應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件可采取的組織架構(gòu)、處理流程及使用工具,,準確評估該公司在突發(fā)事件后采取的應(yīng)對措施對其運行狀況的影響,得出本文提出的創(chuàng)新型管理方法對風險控制的有效性,延展當前供應(yīng)鏈風險管理(SCRM)的認知。 本文提出的創(chuàng)新型風險管理手段的主要方法是通過改進供應(yīng)鏈風險管理的組織架構(gòu)、流程管理和應(yīng)用工具、執(zhí)行計劃等,試圖將有關(guān)公司以及其所有供應(yīng)商和分包供應(yīng)商的內(nèi)部以及外在風險的來源進行識別、分析和管理,最終要達到的理想目標是增強與供應(yīng)商的合作來進行風險的有效管理,同時也能盡量避免其他風險因素的影響。 此方法基于風險管理理論,將電子行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中各種風險分級,構(gòu)建并解析風險管理組織結(jié)構(gòu),提出運用風險管理控制工具實施風險管理應(yīng)對流程,從而提升電子行業(yè)公司應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件的能力,達到減少公司實際遭受損失的最終目的。 研究結(jié)果表明,本文提出的創(chuàng)新型供應(yīng)鏈風險管理方法能使電子行業(yè)公司在提高供應(yīng)鏈風險管理能力的同時減少風險管理成本。
[Abstract]:Recent emergencies caused by force majeure have occurred frequently in the electronics industry, resulting in the increasing vulnerability of supply chains in the electronics industry. Therefore, it is very important to do the corresponding risk control before the serious accident occurs at the supply end. Only by doing well the risk control, the enterprise can take quick and effective contingency measures to the accident. Based on the latest theory in the field of risk management, this paper proposes an innovative supply chain risk management method which can deal with unexpected events and be applicable to the particularity of the electronic industry at the same time. The method is applied to a real case of an electronic company affected by a sudden and serious accident, and through in-depth description and analysis of the organizational structure, processing process and using tools that can be adopted to deal with an emergency. This paper accurately evaluates the influence of the countermeasures taken by the company after the emergency on its running condition, obtains the effectiveness of the innovative management method proposed in this paper to the risk control, and extends the cognition of the current supply chain risk management (SCRM). The main methods of innovative risk management proposed in this paper are to improve the organization structure of supply chain risk management, process management and application tools, execution plan, etc. Attempts to identify, analyse and manage the sources of internal and external risks of the company concerned and of all its suppliers and subcontractors, with the ideal goal of enhancing cooperation with suppliers for effective risk management, At the same time can also try to avoid the impact of other risk factors. Based on the theory of risk management, this method classifies all kinds of risks in the supply chain of electronic industry, constructs and analyzes the organizational structure of risk management, and puts forward the application of risk management control tools to implement the risk management response process. In order to improve the ability of electronic industry companies to deal with emergencies, to reduce the actual loss of the company's ultimate goal. The results show that the innovative supply chain risk management method proposed in this paper can improve the ability of supply chain risk management and reduce the cost of risk management.
