【摘要】：隨著科技日新月異，企業(yè)之間的競爭不僅僅產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的競爭，對整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作效率提出了更高的要求。在此背景下，我國零售企業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展。服裝零售企業(yè)由于其產(chǎn)品的生命周期短、對時(shí)尚敏感度的要求高、競爭對手產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化等原因，造成庫存壓力很大。因此，零售鞋服企業(yè)如何合理地進(jìn)行庫存管控，在滿足零售終端銷售需求的前提下，維持庫存周轉(zhuǎn)良性，，將庫存積壓風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降到最低，是企業(yè)在市場上保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵要素之一。 本文主要研究目的是如何使ZYX公司庫存結(jié)構(gòu)更加合理，最終達(dá)到滿足市場與消費(fèi)者的需求，降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提高毛利，從而使企業(yè)在激勵(lì)的市場競爭中保持競爭優(yōu)勢。 本文首先對ZYX公司的概況進(jìn)行簡介，通過對公司目前在采購運(yùn)營及庫存管理方面的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，通過數(shù)據(jù)分析法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、總結(jié)分析力求找出影響ZYX公司庫存管理的成因所在，最后針對成因提出適合企業(yè)自身實(shí)際的庫存管理改善設(shè)計(jì)方案。并從組織保障、制度保障、流程保障及庫存周轉(zhuǎn)速度保障等方面提出保障措施確保方案的順利施行，希望能給到同行業(yè)一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the competition among enterprises is not only the competition of products and services, but also puts forward higher requirements for the efficiency of supply chain operation of the whole industry. In this context, the rapid development of retail enterprises in China. Because of its short product life cycle, high sensitivity to fashion and homogenization of competitors' products, clothing retail enterprises have great inventory pressure. Therefore, how to reasonably control the inventory of the retail shoe clothing enterprises, in the premise of satisfying the retail terminal sales demand, maintaining the benign inventory turnover, reducing the risk of inventory backlog to the minimum, It is one of the key factors for enterprises to maintain sustainable development in the market. The main purpose of this paper is to make the inventory structure of ZYX Company more reasonable, to meet the needs of the market and consumers, to reduce the risk and increase the gross profit, so that the enterprise can maintain the competitive advantage in the motivated market competition. First of all, this paper gives a brief introduction to the general situation of ZYX Company, through the analysis of the current situation of the company in purchasing operation and inventory management, through the data analysis method, field investigation method, This paper tries to find out the causes that affect the inventory management of ZYX Company, and finally puts forward the design scheme of improving the inventory management which is suitable for the enterprise itself. And from the aspects of organization guarantee, system guarantee, process guarantee and inventory turnover speed guarantee, the guarantee measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme, hoping to give some reference to the same industry.
