【摘要】：為更好地對(duì)由原材料供應(yīng)商、制造商和配送中心組成的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,結(jié)合不同原材料的價(jià)格、碳排放差異以及供應(yīng)商的地理位置差異,綜合考慮由原材料的價(jià)格和碳排放差異所引起的產(chǎn)品替代,以提高供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效和環(huán)境績(jī)效為目標(biāo),建立一個(gè)雙目標(biāo)混合整數(shù)非線性規(guī)劃模型.通過對(duì)算例的求解分析,分別探討替代原材料的供應(yīng)商個(gè)數(shù)、原材料替代率和目標(biāo)函數(shù)的權(quán)重對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)績(jī)效的影響.結(jié)果表明,原材料替代率提高以及替代原材料的供應(yīng)商個(gè)數(shù)的增加有助于提高供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)績(jī)效.
[Abstract]:To better optimize the supply chain network of raw material suppliers, manufacturers and distribution centers, taking into account the price of different raw materials, differences in carbon emissions and geographical location of suppliers, Considering the product substitution caused by the difference of raw material price and carbon emission, a mixed integer nonlinear programming model with two objectives is established to improve the economic performance and environmental performance of supply chain network. By solving and analyzing the examples, the effects of the number of suppliers, the substitution rate of raw materials and the weight of objective function on the performance of supply chain network are discussed. The results show that the increase of the substitution rate of raw materials and the number of suppliers can improve the performance of supply chain network.
