【摘要】：研究前提方面。JTK公司為某大型特種機械設備生產企業(yè),其供應鏈管理面臨諸多復雜情況。文章通過多種渠道挖掘目前JTK公司供應鏈管理中存在的各種供應鏈管理低效率、高庫存周轉、生產周期長、供應鏈管理對宏觀調控反應激烈等問題,在此基礎上加以研究和分析,就解決策略和應對舉措提出建設性意見和建議。 研究思路方面。本研究基于JTK公司供應鏈管理實際,本著以解決實際問題的目的,以JTK公司供應鏈管理現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點、以國內供應鏈管理特別是JTK公司所處行業(yè)供應鏈管理問題研究最新成果為問題解決基礎,沿著調研總結、問題提出、問題分析、策略分析和解決實際問題措施這樣一套路徑開展研究和應對策略制定工作。 研究流程方面。在學術文獻研究流程中,本研究對供應鏈管理相關文獻特別是JTK公司所處行業(yè)的供應鏈管理類型相似的企業(yè),展開細致分析。在調查分析流程中,本研究以企業(yè)運營實際為對象,通過網絡調研、實地走訪、數(shù)據(jù)收集為主要手段,通過JTK公司相關網絡文獻、宣傳資料、JTK公司各部門負責領導、JTK公司各供應鏈的負責員工、普通工作員工訪談及問卷交流等多種形式,深入實際了解當前該公司在采購、倉儲、庫存、生產、銷售、財務等多個部門供應鏈管理安排現(xiàn)狀、存在問題、制度約束,切實了解JTK公司供應鏈管理不同環(huán)節(jié)、不同職位人員對供應鏈流程效率、供應鏈環(huán)節(jié)銜接、企業(yè)自身與上下游合作伙伴的供應鏈及其戰(zhàn)略合作關系等方面的看法。為使JTK公司供應鏈問題在有針對性的最優(yōu)解決方案下得到解決,文章結合學術成果、調研分析及訪談內容,構建出JTK公司供應鏈管理研究模型,并對該模型加以分析總結,歸納出目前JTK公司供應鏈管理主要存在環(huán)節(jié)銜接、環(huán)節(jié)效率優(yōu)化和環(huán)節(jié)監(jiān)督等一系列問題。 研究方法及結論方面。通過文獻探討、調研分析、策略分析、應對舉措等系列卓有成效的研究流程,本研究運用合理的供應鏈管理理論,開展研究思路定位、供應鏈管理模型構建和分析,來得出分析結論。文章最后,具有針對性的提出在供應鏈管理績效提升、供應鏈管理各環(huán)節(jié)銜接、供應鏈管理監(jiān)管具體措施等方面,提出優(yōu)化方案,作為供應鏈管理提升解決建議,并制定出優(yōu)化JTK公司供應鏈管理的具體措施,以實現(xiàn)優(yōu)化JTK公司供應鏈管理目標。另,經過研究分析本文認為,細化和提升供應鏈管理策略水平,提高銜接環(huán)節(jié)契合度,在普遍意義上,具有良好的供應鏈效率提升成效。類似JTK公司,屬于特種大型非標件機械設備生產商,其項產品生產訂單,所需用的產品對供應鏈管理而言具有上量、非標準件、非可準確預見供貨周期件,這給供應鏈管理帶來不小壓力。以模型分析的方式對其獨特的供應鏈管理特征,展開分析,有助于從普遍意義上為該類型廠商在供應鏈管理效率改進上,做出重要貢獻。本文學術效果預期： 調研、分析方法成效方面。本文在研究中,采用的分析方法和形成的模型、模塊分析方式,將有助于類似JTK公司這種特種工程及機械設備生廠商在采購、生產、營銷等各個供應鏈環(huán)節(jié)中實現(xiàn)優(yōu)質管理效率,促進其各供應鏈環(huán)節(jié)的有機銜接。 本文研究可能產生的研究推廣成果： 整個課題研究預期將在企業(yè)對供應鏈管理模塊的應用方面,產生良好的績效優(yōu)化效果。從本文研究的思路、方法和方向來看,供應鏈管理優(yōu)化研究幫助JTK公司梳理了目前供應鏈管理存在問題,構建出應對策略分析模型,形成模型分析的基礎；對策建議方面來看,本課題提出目前JTK公司供應鏈的管理,應采取細分應對策略和價格審計策略,并提出解決相關問題的具體舉措方案,形成具體實施方案,形成有助于JTK公司供應鏈管理改進提升的具體措施。
[Abstract]:On the premise of research,.JTK company is a large special mechanical equipment production enterprise, and its supply chain management faces many complicated situations. Through various channels, the article excavates the low efficiency of various supply chain management in the supply chain management of JTK company at present, the high inventory turnover, the long production cycle, and the fierce response of the supply chain management to the macro regulation and control. In this paper, the analysis method, model and module analysis method used in this study will help the special engineering and mechanical equipment manufacturers like JTK company to achieve high quality management efficiency in all supply chain links, such as purchasing, production, marketing and so on, and promote the organic connection of each link of the supply chain.

The whole research project is expected to produce a good performance optimization effect on the application of the supply chain management module. From the thinking, method and direction of this study, the research on Supply Chain Management Optimization helps JTK company to comb the existing problems of supply chain management and construct a coping strategy analysis model to form a model analysis. On the basis of countermeasures and suggestions, this topic puts forward the management of supply chain of JTK company at present. It should adopt subdivision coping strategy and price audit strategy, and put forward specific measures to solve the related problems, form concrete implementation plan, and form concrete measures to help improve the supply chain management of JTK company.
