億光電子供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機制與優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)90年代以來,隨著企業(yè)管理模式的變革,供應(yīng)鏈管理的概念應(yīng)運而生。供應(yīng)鏈由很多部分組成,其中包括不少獨立的利益實體。雖然,供應(yīng)鏈成員之間在一起合作,但是它們的目標(biāo)、私人信息卻可能不盡相同,這就會造成成員之間的利益分配不均,有的成員甚至?xí)斨赖碌娘L(fēng)險去獲取更多的利潤。一味求取利益的心態(tài)會導(dǎo)致企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率下降、生產(chǎn)和銷售的失衡。供應(yīng)鏈管理旨在運用合理的協(xié)調(diào)激勵機制,解決非對稱信息下企業(yè)管理的問題,提高供應(yīng)鏈整體績效。 企業(yè)中各個行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的長短各不相同,LED行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈就比較長,它的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈有五部分:(1)原材料;(2)外延材料和芯片制造構(gòu)成的LED上游產(chǎn)業(yè);(3)各種LED組件和封閉裝置構(gòu)成的LED中游產(chǎn)業(yè);(4)包含各種LED應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品的LED下游產(chǎn)業(yè);(5)測試儀器和生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。企業(yè)中各行各業(yè)的技術(shù)特征和資本特征差異都很大,從上游到中游再到下游,行業(yè)進入門檻逐步降低,正因為如此才導(dǎo)致這一行業(yè)的競爭與其他行業(yè)相比更加激烈。億光電子作為LED行業(yè)的龍頭,將面臨著越來越嚴(yán)峻的考驗。 本文首先對供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈管理和供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機制等專業(yè)詞匯進行了釋義,通過對這些術(shù)語的解釋讓我們了解了供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機制理論,并根據(jù)我國在供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機制研究中出現(xiàn)的疑難點,進一步了解到企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機制的功能和作用,讓企業(yè)在對供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機制實施中能夠真正得到幫助。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章介紹了億光電子公司概況、億光電子供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu),探討了億光電子供應(yīng)鏈運行現(xiàn)狀及億光電子供應(yīng)鏈現(xiàn)存問題及分析。又從外部環(huán)境和供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)以及內(nèi)外協(xié)調(diào)性這三個方面對億光電子供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)進行了系統(tǒng)分析,并歸納了需調(diào)整與改進之處。最后,根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機制的相關(guān)理論,探討了該公司供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機制的設(shè)計目標(biāo)與指導(dǎo)原則,,供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機制構(gòu)建內(nèi)容與手段,最終建立了其協(xié)調(diào)機制的關(guān)系、信息和運作方面。
[Abstract]:Since 1990's, with the change of enterprise management mode, the concept of supply chain management came into being. The supply chain consists of many parts, including a number of independent interest entities. Although supply chain members cooperate with each other, their objectives and private information may not be the same, which will lead to uneven distribution of benefits among members, and some members will even face moral hazard to obtain more profits. The mentality of seeking profit blindly will lead to the decline of production efficiency and the imbalance between production and sales. Supply chain management (SCM) aims to solve the problem of enterprise management under asymmetric information and improve the overall performance of supply chain by using reasonable coordinated incentive mechanism. The length of industrial chains in different industries in enterprises is different. The industrial chains of LED industries are relatively long. Its industrial chain consists of five parts: 1) raw material: 1) LED upstream industry made up of epitaxial materials and chips (3) LED middle-stream industry composed of all kinds of LED components and closed devices) including LED downstream industry of various LED application products, test instruments and production equipment. The technical characteristics and capital characteristics of various industries in enterprises are very different. From upstream to mid-stream to downstream, the barriers to entry are gradually reduced, which is why the competition of this industry is more intense than other industries. Billions of optoelectronics as a leading LED industry, will be faced with a more and more severe test. In this paper, we first explain the terms of supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain coordination mechanism. Through the explanation of these terms, we understand the theory of supply chain coordination mechanism. According to the difficulties in the research of supply chain coordination mechanism in our country, the function and function of enterprise supply chain coordination mechanism are further understood, so that enterprises can get real help in the implementation of supply chain coordination mechanism. On this basis, this paper introduces the general situation of Yiguang Electronics Company, the structure of the supply chain, discusses the current operation of the supply chain and the existing problems and analysis of the supply chain. The structure of the supply chain is analyzed systematically from three aspects: external environment, internal structure of supply chain and internal and external coordination, and the adjustment and improvement are summarized. Finally, according to the relevant theories of the supply chain coordination mechanism, the paper discusses the design objectives and guiding principles of the supply chain coordination mechanism, the content and means of constructing the supply chain coordination mechanism, and finally establishes the relationship of the supply chain coordination mechanism.
