【摘要】：物流運輸是供應鏈的重要組成部分,合理選擇物流的運輸方式,實現(xiàn)多種交通方式的優(yōu)化配置,對于降低物流成本、推進綠色供應鏈的實施有著重要意義。從經(jīng)濟、社會、環(huán)境等三個層面構(gòu)建多式聯(lián)運環(huán)境中的物流運輸路徑評價指標體系,并借助層次分析法確定各級指標的權(quán)重�？紤]到指標數(shù)據(jù)的不確定性,將隨機模擬和ELECTRE方法充分結(jié)合,提出一種不確定環(huán)境下基于ELECTRE的多屬性決策評價方法。應用實例表明該評價決策方法是可行的、有效的,并能提供更多的輔助信息以供決策。
[Abstract]:Logistics transportation is an important part of the supply chain. It is of great significance to choose the transportation mode of logistics reasonably and realize the optimal allocation of various transportation modes to reduce the logistics cost and promote the implementation of green supply chain. The evaluation index system of logistics transportation path in multimodal transport environment is constructed from three aspects of economy, society and environment, and the weight of each level index is determined by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Considering the uncertainty of index data, a multi-attribute decision evaluation method based on ELECTRE in uncertain environment is proposed by combining stochastic simulation with ELECTRE method. The application examples show that the evaluation decision method is feasible and effective, and can provide more auxiliary information for decision making.
