【摘要】:在目前國(guó)內(nèi)大型家電行業(yè)離散性制造車(chē)間中,制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)信息化解決方案中的關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng),它連接了ERP與車(chē)間生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng),通常用于生產(chǎn)管理層面,進(jìn)行企業(yè)上層計(jì)劃資源與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的有效溝通,并通過(guò)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集與分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量和物流的精細(xì)化、透明化和自動(dòng)化管理。 通過(guò)熟悉制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的理論知識(shí)與實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況,了解到系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵功能是生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)采集,它記錄了產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中主要信息,用于分析和改善車(chē)間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的生產(chǎn)管理問(wèn)題,因此本文研究的主要內(nèi)容有:(1)建立完善的生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)流程管理功能(2)優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)采集高可用性功能(3)設(shè)計(jì)可視化生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析報(bào)表。 生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)基于以上內(nèi)容,在某公司工廠的空調(diào)總裝車(chē)間生產(chǎn)線流程業(yè)務(wù)上,以工單過(guò)程管理為重心,借助對(duì)條碼標(biāo)簽的實(shí)時(shí)過(guò)程采集來(lái)引導(dǎo)和控制生產(chǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品及物料信息的自動(dòng)追溯,以及產(chǎn)品防呆和防重碼,將成品及關(guān)鍵重要零部件建立從供應(yīng)商送貨、檢驗(yàn)、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程控制、在線檢驗(yàn)、產(chǎn)品入庫(kù)、發(fā)運(yùn)、售后服務(wù)的全流程條碼化管理,設(shè)計(jì)在線和離線兩種采集類型的功能,并提供可靠實(shí)時(shí)的分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)。 本文運(yùn)用軟件工程理論和方法,詳細(xì)描述了生產(chǎn)線的業(yè)務(wù)流程及系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,從分析業(yè)務(wù)流程出發(fā),涵蓋系統(tǒng)需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)及實(shí)施的一系列活動(dòng),提供了一整套針對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的解決方案。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,完善了生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)管理業(yè)務(wù)流功能,,數(shù)據(jù)采集功能支持高可用連續(xù)運(yùn)行,為供應(yīng)鏈管理、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)等提供了更全面的決策信息。
[Abstract]:At present, manufacturing execution system has become the key system in the enterprise information solution in the discrete manufacturing workshop of the domestic large household appliance industry. It connects ERP with the workshop production control system, and is usually used in the production management level. Effective communication between the planning resources and the field production data is carried out, and the production, quality and logistics are refined, transparent and automated management is realized through the collection and analysis of the production data. Through familiar with the theory knowledge and practical application of the manufacturing execution system, we know that the key function of the system is to collect the production data, which records the main information in the production process and is used to analyze and improve the production management problems in the workshop. Therefore, the main contents of this paper are: (1) establishing a perfect production data business process management function (# 2) optimizing data acquisition and high availability function (3) designing visual production data statistics and analysis report forms. The production data management system is based on the above contents. In the process business of the air conditioning assembly line of a company factory, the work order process management is taken as the center of gravity, and the real-time process acquisition of the bar code label is used to guide and control the production. Realize the automatic tracing of the product and material information, as well as the product anti-stay and anti-heavy code, set up the finished product and key parts from the supplier delivery, inspection, production process control, on-line inspection, product storage, shipping, The whole process of after sales service barcode management, design online and offline two types of collection functions, and provide reliable real-time analysis and statistical data. Based on the theory and method of software engineering, this paper describes the business process and system design process of the production line in detail. From the analysis of the business process, it covers a series of activities of system requirement analysis, design, development and implementation. Provides a complete set of production site solutions. Through the implementation of the system, the production data management business flow function is perfected, the data collection function supports the high availability continuous operation, and provides more comprehensive decision information for the supply chain management, production operation and so on.
