陜西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同演化研究

【摘要】:制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)的關(guān)系是伴隨著社會(huì)分工的細(xì)化和專業(yè)化程度的提高而逐漸形成的,一方面,制造業(yè)的發(fā)展為物流業(yè)提供了龐大的市場(chǎng)空間,促使物流業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,以適應(yīng)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的外部服務(wù)需求;另一方面,物流業(yè)的存在替代了供應(yīng)鏈上制造企業(yè)的物流環(huán)節(jié),降低了制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本,大大縮短了制造企業(yè)市場(chǎng)響應(yīng)周期,提高了產(chǎn)品價(jià)值,制造業(yè)從外部的物流服務(wù)創(chuàng)新中獲得額外利潤,在利潤的驅(qū)使下,制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)只有協(xié)同運(yùn)作,才能在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲取更大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,可見,制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)之間存在著協(xié)同演化問題。陜西每年的制造業(yè)工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值約占全省GDP的40~60%之多,而物流業(yè)總產(chǎn)值僅僅約占全省GDP的4-9%之間,如何精簡(jiǎn)制造業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),為物流業(yè)帶來業(yè)務(wù)需求及更高的服務(wù)要求,從而推動(dòng)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大,即實(shí)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)的協(xié)同共生,是實(shí)現(xiàn)陜西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展需要解決的重大問題。因此,針對(duì)以上的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景和意義,本文試圖通過理論研究和實(shí)證研究來探尋陜西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同演化的規(guī)律和協(xié)同共生的內(nèi)部機(jī)制,為陜西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)良性互動(dòng)與協(xié)同發(fā)展提供相應(yīng)的理論依據(jù)。 通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)的相關(guān)研究、協(xié)同演化理論的研究以及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行歸納綜述,現(xiàn)有研究和文獻(xiàn)對(duì)制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)的關(guān)系研究缺乏以系統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)和聯(lián)系的觀點(diǎn)去審視制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)性、協(xié)同性和系統(tǒng)演化環(huán)境的多要素性。為此,本文基于陜西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)的歷史時(shí)序數(shù)據(jù),以系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)和組織生態(tài)學(xué)為理論支撐,構(gòu)建制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)種群生態(tài)系統(tǒng),并定義了其內(nèi)涵和系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的相關(guān)要素,從系統(tǒng)的角度分析制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)種群生態(tài)系統(tǒng)間的耦合關(guān)系,分析了兩業(yè)協(xié)同演化的本質(zhì),并借鑒產(chǎn)業(yè)共生理論演繹了制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)種群生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的演化過程,利用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,實(shí)證分析了陜西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同演化的規(guī)律,并采用模型分析法分析了制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)種群生態(tài)系統(tǒng)協(xié)同演化的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。 結(jié)果顯示,陜西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)種群生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同演化受到了特定的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的影響,其中最主要的因素有兩個(gè):一是制度、政策的導(dǎo)向所激勵(lì)的制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展以及由此帶來的企業(yè)內(nèi)部專業(yè)分工和組織模式的變革;二是產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境影響的實(shí)際需要。市場(chǎng)的擴(kuò)大和企業(yè)自身資源配置的增加會(huì)使制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)種群生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的環(huán)境容量擴(kuò)大,即把制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)種群協(xié)同共生作用是擴(kuò)大了Logistic生長方程中的共生種群的環(huán)境容量,從而促進(jìn)種群密度的增長。同時(shí),制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)種群協(xié)同共生作用有自身的演化模型對(duì)共生種群的環(huán)境容量的影響不一定是共生種群密度的線性項(xiàng),而應(yīng)是共生種群密度的非線性項(xiàng)。將協(xié)同作用項(xiàng)、制度環(huán)境作用項(xiàng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境作用項(xiàng)視為制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)種群生態(tài)系統(tǒng)環(huán)境容量的三個(gè)影響因子,運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)分析方法和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法對(duì)三個(gè)影響因子進(jìn)行了估計(jì),得到共生種群系統(tǒng)的環(huán)境容量模型,進(jìn)一步對(duì)陜西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同演化模型進(jìn)行了修正,最終得出陜西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)偏利共生的演化關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry is gradually formed with the refinement of the social division of labor and the improvement of the degree of specialization. On the one hand, the development of the manufacturing industry provides a huge market space for the logistics industry, prompting the rapid development of the logistics industry to meet the external service requirements of the development of the manufacturing industry; on the other hand, the existence of the logistics industry has replaced the logistics industry. The logistics link of the manufacturing enterprise on the supply chain reduces the production cost of the manufacturing enterprise, greatly shortens the market response cycle of the manufacturing enterprise, improves the value of the product, and obtains the extra profit from the external logistics service innovation. The greater competitiveness shows that there is a synergistic evolution between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry. The total output value of the manufacturing industry in Shaanxi accounts for about 40 to 60% of the province's GDP, and the total output value of the logistics industry is only about the 4-9% of GDP in the province, and how to streamline the supply chain of the manufacturing industry to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and bring the logistics industry to the logistics industry. Business needs and higher service requirements promote the development and expansion of the logistics industry, that is, the coordination of manufacturing and logistics is a major problem to be solved in the coordinated development of the manufacturing and logistics industry in Shaanxi. The coordinated evolution of the western manufacturing industry and the logistics industry and the internal mechanism of synergistic symbiosis provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the good interaction and cooperative development of Shaanxi's manufacturing and logistics industry.
Through the related research on manufacturing industry and logistics industry at home and abroad, the research of coevolution theory and related theories, the existing research and literature on the relationship between manufacturing and logistics industry lacks systematic view and connection view to examine the systematicness, coordination and Department of the cooperative development of the manufacturing industry and the material flow industry. Therefore, based on the historical data of the manufacturing and logistics industry in Shaanxi, this paper, based on the theory of system engineering and organizational ecology, constructs the ecosystem of manufacturing and logistics industry groups, and defines its connotation and relevant elements in the system, and analyzes the manufacturing and logistics industry from the perspective of the system. With the coupling relationship between the group ecosystem, the essence of the co evolution of the two industry is analyzed, and the evolution process of the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry group ecosystem is deducted by using the theory of industrial symbiosis. By combining the qualitative and quantitative methods, the law of co evolution of the Shaanxi manufacturing industry and the logistics industry is analyzed, and the model analysis method is used to analyze the law. A dynamic model for the co evolution of manufacturing and logistics industry cluster ecosystem.
The results show that the co evolution of Shaanxi manufacturing industry and logistics industry group ecosystem has been affected by specific internal and external environment, among which there are two main factors: first, the rapid development of the manufacturing and logistics industry as well as the change of the internal professional division and organization pattern brought by the guidance of the system and policy. Two is the actual need of the environmental impact of the industrial economy. The expansion of the market and the increase of the enterprise's own resource allocation will increase the environmental capacity of the ecosystem of the manufacturing and logistics industry groups, that is, the synergistic effect of the manufacturing industry and the logistics population is the expansion of the environmental capacity of the Logistic growth of the symbiotic population of the Logistic, thus promoting the growth of the species. At the same time, the synergistic interaction between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry population has its own evolutionary model on the environmental capacity of the symbiotic population, not necessarily the linear term of the symbiotic population density, but a nonlinear term of the symbiotic population density. The synergistic term, the institutional environment function and the economic environment function are considered as the manufacturing industry. With the three influencing factors of the ecological system environmental capacity of the logistics industry group, three influence factors are estimated by the econometric analysis method and the statistical analysis method, and the environmental capacity model of the symbiotic population system is obtained. The co evolution model of Shaanxi manufacturing and logistics industry is revised, and the manufacturing industry in Shaanxi is finally obtained.
