基于動態(tài)混合多屬性群決策的供應(yīng)商選擇研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)與科技的高速發(fā)展,企業(yè)的市場環(huán)境正面臨著巨大考驗,企業(yè)間的競爭越演越烈。企業(yè)要想在競爭如此劇烈的市場保持持續(xù)發(fā)展態(tài)勢,就必須更快更好地滿足用戶的個性化以及不確定需求、縮短產(chǎn)品的壽命周期、加快訂單的反應(yīng)速度。然而,企業(yè)僅僅憑借自己的力量是無法達(dá)成這些目標(biāo)的,而必須從長期穩(wěn)定的合作出發(fā),加強(qiáng)企業(yè)與戰(zhàn)略性供應(yīng)商的聯(lián)系,以增強(qiáng)自身的核心競爭力,供應(yīng)鏈便是隨之產(chǎn)生的。如今市場競爭的主線已經(jīng)日漸從企業(yè)間的競爭轉(zhuǎn)移到供應(yīng)鏈間的競爭,而供應(yīng)商作為供應(yīng)鏈中重要的組成部分,成為提升市場競爭的關(guān)鍵,所以如何合理科學(xué)地選擇供應(yīng)商變得至關(guān)重要。 本文首先介紹了論文的選題背景及意義,分別對國內(nèi)和國外關(guān)于供應(yīng)商選擇問題的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,,主要從供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)涵、供應(yīng)商選擇的相關(guān)概念、戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系建立的重要意義等方面闡述了供應(yīng)商選擇的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ);其次,在已有供應(yīng)商選擇的相關(guān)研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合新的供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境對供應(yīng)商選擇產(chǎn)生影響的要素,并依據(jù)供應(yīng)商評價指標(biāo)選取原則,構(gòu)建了包含產(chǎn)品競爭優(yōu)勢、企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢和合作競爭優(yōu)勢三大方面的供應(yīng)商選擇評價指標(biāo)體系;接著,對現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商選擇的各種常用方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)而概括性的介紹,說明了各自的優(yōu)缺點。 雖然關(guān)于供應(yīng)商選擇問題的研究方法已有很多,但是以往的研究往往只是從某個方面對其進(jìn)行探討,缺乏系統(tǒng)性的研究視角,從而造成決策的不合理性。針對以上問題,本文全面考慮供應(yīng)商選擇問題中的影響因素,提出了一種基于混合數(shù)據(jù)信息形式下,將多屬性決策、群決策與動態(tài)評價綜合對供應(yīng)商選擇問題進(jìn)行分析的研究方法,構(gòu)建了一種新的基于動態(tài)混合多屬性群決策的供應(yīng)商選擇模型。最后,本文通過一個實例,對運用該模型進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商選擇的應(yīng)用過程和具體實施步驟作了較詳細(xì)的介紹,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行了簡要的分析,驗證了該模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, the market environment of enterprises is facing a great test. If an enterprise wants to maintain a sustained development trend in such a fiercely competitive market, it must satisfy the individuation and uncertain demand of users faster and better, shorten the life cycle of products, and speed up the reaction speed of orders. However, enterprises can not achieve these goals only with their own strength, but must start from long-term stable cooperation, strengthen the relationship between enterprises and strategic suppliers, in order to enhance their core competitiveness, supply chain is produced. Nowadays, the main line of market competition has gradually shifted from the competition among enterprises to the competition among supply chains. As an important part of the supply chain, suppliers have become the key to promote market competition. So how to choose suppliers reasonably and scientifically becomes very important. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of this thesis, and summarizes the research status of supplier selection both at home and abroad, mainly from the connotation of supply chain and the related concepts of supplier selection. The important significance of establishing strategic partnership and other aspects elaborated the relevant theoretical basis of supplier selection. Secondly, on the basis of the existing research results of supplier selection, combined with the new supply chain environment to influence the supplier selection elements, According to the selection principle of supplier evaluation index, this paper constructs a supplier selection evaluation index system which includes three aspects: product competitive advantage, enterprise competitive advantage and cooperative competitive advantage. This paper gives a systematic and general introduction to the common methods selected by the existing suppliers, and explains their advantages and disadvantages. Although there are a lot of research methods about supplier selection, the previous research only discusses the supplier selection from one aspect, and lacks a systematic research perspective, which leads to the irrationality of decision making. In view of the above problems, this paper considers the influence factors of supplier selection problem, and proposes a multi-attribute decision making method based on mixed data information. In this paper, a new supplier selection model based on dynamic mixed multi-attribute group decision making is constructed by synthetically analyzing the supplier selection problem with group decision and dynamic evaluation. Finally, through an example, this paper introduces in detail the application process and concrete implementation steps of supplier selection using the model, and analyzes the results briefly, and verifies the feasibility of the model.
