【摘要】：物流在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中有著非常重要的地位。第三方物流是物流系統(tǒng)不可或缺的組成部分，更是現(xiàn)代物流的發(fā)展方向，它的發(fā)展從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)層面制約著我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。從宏觀上來說，物流系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行制約并決定了經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率與效益。從微觀上來說，第三方物流的發(fā)展能夠使其他企業(yè)集中自己的主業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配置，將有限的人、財(cái)、物集中于企業(yè)的核心業(yè)務(wù)，，通過物流外包降低企業(yè)運(yùn)作成本，提高效率，并努力開發(fā)出新產(chǎn)品從而參與世界競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 我國物流業(yè)起步較晚，第三方物流的發(fā)展面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。針對(duì)上述情況，本文對(duì)第三方物流企業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析探究，找出問題的關(guān)鍵；并就提升我國第三方物流企業(yè)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量提出了建設(shè)性的意見和規(guī)劃，對(duì)加快我國第三方物流發(fā)展具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先，本文給出了研究的背景和意義，并對(duì)國內(nèi)外物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量研究的現(xiàn)狀作了綜述，探討了第三方物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量的相關(guān)理論。 其次，對(duì)比發(fā)達(dá)國家第三方物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量管理的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，具體闡述分析了我國第三方物流企業(yè)在服務(wù)質(zhì)量方面發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及廣泛存在的問題。 再者，通過對(duì)食品、飲料、快速消費(fèi)品、服裝、紡織和醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)的企業(yè)中上層管理人員的問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析，探尋了我國第三方物流企業(yè)在服務(wù)質(zhì)量管理方面所存在的問題。 最后，通過對(duì)服務(wù)質(zhì)量、顧客滿意度、全面質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論和應(yīng)用研究，結(jié)合調(diào)查問卷的分析結(jié)果，提出我國第三方物流企業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的改進(jìn)對(duì)策和方法。
[Abstract]:Logistics plays a very important role in modern society. Third party logistics is an indispensable part of logistics system, but also the development direction of modern logistics. Its development restricts the development of China's social economy from the macro and micro aspects. Macroscopically, the operation of logistics system restricts and determines the efficiency and benefit of economic system. From the microcosmic point of view, the development of TPL can enable other enterprises to concentrate their main business, realize the optimal allocation of resources, concentrate limited people, money and goods on the core business of the enterprise, and reduce the operating cost of the enterprise through logistics outsourcing. Improve efficiency and strive to develop new products to compete in the world. China's logistics industry started late, the development of third-party logistics is facing a huge challenge. In view of the above situation, this paper analyzes the current situation of the service quality of the third party logistics enterprises, finds out the key to the problem, and puts forward constructive suggestions and plans to improve the service quality of the third party logistics enterprises in our country. It has positive practical significance for speeding up the development of third party logistics in China. First of all, this paper gives the background and significance of the research, and summarizes the current situation of logistics service quality research at home and abroad, and discusses the related theory of the third party logistics service quality. Secondly, compared with the development of the third party logistics service quality management in developed countries, the paper analyzes the current situation of the third party logistics enterprises in our country and the existing problems. Furthermore, through the survey and data analysis of the middle and upper class managers in the food, beverage, fast moving consumer goods, clothing, textile and pharmaceutical industries, This paper explores the problems in service quality management of third-party logistics enterprises in China. Finally, through the relevant theory and application research of service quality, customer satisfaction and total quality management, combined with the analysis results of questionnaire, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and methods to improve the service quality of the third party logistics enterprises in our country.
