考慮擾動(dòng)的制造供應(yīng)鏈配置優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步與生產(chǎn)力的飛速發(fā)展,供應(yīng)鏈管理越來越受重視。在制造供應(yīng)鏈中,核心企業(yè)把供應(yīng)鏈中所有企業(yè)看作一個(gè)整體,做任何決定均從整體利益角度出發(fā)。當(dāng)核心企業(yè)選定供應(yīng)鏈上的其他供應(yīng)商時(shí),就已經(jīng)決定了該制造供應(yīng)鏈的質(zhì)量。因此,為了提高供應(yīng)鏈管理的績效,就需要優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈的配置,為供應(yīng)鏈選取最適合的合作伙伴——供應(yīng)商。 在選取供應(yīng)商時(shí),需要考慮供應(yīng)鏈上的企業(yè)為追求利潤,以期將生產(chǎn)加工時(shí)間安排在集中的時(shí)間段內(nèi)。當(dāng)其具有較短的提前期時(shí),企業(yè)可以在剩余的時(shí)間安排其他產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn),創(chuàng)造更多的利潤,同時(shí)從供應(yīng)鏈角度,此時(shí)供應(yīng)鏈整體對(duì)市場的響應(yīng)速度較快,具有競爭優(yōu)勢。因此,本文將提前期作為衡量供應(yīng)商的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)。然而快速響應(yīng)市場的供應(yīng)商成本較高,反之,成本低的供應(yīng)商響應(yīng)市場速度慢,故選取供應(yīng)商本質(zhì)上是對(duì)供應(yīng)商的成本與響應(yīng)市場速度的權(quán)衡。同時(shí),考慮到經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、自然環(huán)境的不斷變化可能造成供應(yīng)商中斷生產(chǎn)的情況發(fā)生,為了防止供應(yīng)商無法按時(shí)供貨造成供應(yīng)鏈斷裂,本文在選取供應(yīng)商時(shí),供應(yīng)鏈的每一階段均選取兩家供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行供貨;谝陨蟽牲c(diǎn),本文以一家筆記本電腦生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈為研究對(duì)象,建立關(guān)于“成本-提前期”的供應(yīng)鏈配置優(yōu)化模型。 在算法求解方面,考慮到以往的動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃算法無法求解多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題,本文引入融合微粒群優(yōu)化與局部鄰域搜索思想的新混合算法進(jìn)行求解。PSO算法求解全局問題具有較高的效率,局部鄰域搜索則在局部搜索時(shí)具有較好的搜索精度,結(jié)合二者優(yōu)勢,設(shè)計(jì)兩種混合PSO算法求解。數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,基于swap鄰域結(jié)構(gòu)的混合PSO算法比基于three_swap鄰域結(jié)構(gòu)的混合PSO算法更為有效。通過基于swap鄰域結(jié)構(gòu)的混合PSO算法獲得兩種供應(yīng)鏈的配置優(yōu)化方案。 隨后,為了驗(yàn)證選取兩家供應(yīng)商的供應(yīng)鏈具有可靠性,對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈配置優(yōu)化方案得到的兩種供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行比較,建立出現(xiàn)擾動(dòng)的供應(yīng)鏈模型,比較選取一家供應(yīng)商與選取兩家供應(yīng)商的供應(yīng)鏈出現(xiàn)擾動(dòng)后的利潤變化情況。數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,選取兩家供應(yīng)商的供應(yīng)鏈更具有可靠性。 考慮成本與提前期的供應(yīng)鏈配置優(yōu)化模型通過權(quán)衡供應(yīng)商的成本、提前期和可靠性因素,明確了供應(yīng)鏈中合作伙伴的選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為面向訂單裝配的供應(yīng)鏈選擇合作伙伴提供了數(shù)據(jù)信息支持。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid development of productivity, supply chain management has been paid more and more attention. In manufacturing supply chain, core enterprises regard all enterprises in supply chain as a whole, and make any decision from the angle of overall benefit. When the core enterprise selects other suppliers in the supply chain, it already determines the quality of the manufacturing supply chain. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of supply chain management, it is necessary to optimize the configuration of supply chain and select the most suitable partner-supplier for supply chain. In the selection of suppliers, enterprises in the supply chain should be considered in pursuit of profit, in order to arrange the production and processing time in a centralized time period. When it has a short lead time, the enterprise can arrange the production of other products in the remaining time to create more profits. At the same time, from the supply chain point of view, the supply chain as a whole has a faster response to the market and has a competitive advantage. Therefore, this paper regards lead time as an important index to measure suppliers. However, the suppliers who respond to the market quickly have a higher cost, whereas the suppliers with low cost respond to the market slowly, so the selection of suppliers is essentially a trade-off between the cost of suppliers and the speed of responding to the market. At the same time, considering that the changing economy, politics and natural environment may lead to the interruption of the supplier's production, in order to prevent the supplier from not supplying on time, the supply chain is broken. Two suppliers are selected for each stage of the supply chain. Based on the above two points, this paper takes the supply chain of a notebook computer manufacturing enterprise as the research object, and sets up a supply chain configuration optimization model about "cost-lead time". In the aspect of algorithm solving, considering that the previous dynamic programming algorithm can not solve the multi-objective optimization problem, In this paper, a new hybrid algorithm combining particle swarm optimization and local neighborhood search is introduced to solve the global problem. PSO has a high efficiency in solving the global problem, and the local neighborhood search has a better search accuracy in local search, which combines the advantages of both. Two hybrid PSO algorithms are designed to solve the problem. The data validation results show that the hybrid PSO algorithm based on the swap neighborhood structure is more effective than the hybrid PSO algorithm based on the three_swap neighborhood structure. Two supply chain configuration optimization schemes are obtained by hybrid PSO algorithm based on swap neighborhood structure. Then, in order to verify the reliability of the supply chain selected from two suppliers, the supply chain model with disturbance is established by comparing the two supply chain configuration optimization schemes. The profit changes of the supply chain with one supplier and two suppliers were compared. The results show that the supply chain with two suppliers is more reliable. The optimization model of supply chain configuration considering cost and lead time defines the selection criteria of partners in the supply chain by weighing the cost, lead time and reliability factors of suppliers. It provides data information support for supply chain selection partners for order-oriented assembly.
