【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)葡萄酒需求量及消費(fèi)量日漸增加,葡萄酒質(zhì)量安全事件也頻頻發(fā)生,急需要建立一套專門針對(duì)葡萄酒產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管及追溯系統(tǒng)。本論文首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹了葡萄酒產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管及追溯系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)背景和研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了葡萄酒生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)信息國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化標(biāo)識(shí)體系,細(xì)致探討了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)模式、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)和開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù),完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析、總體設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)、測(cè)試等。主要成果有三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。第一,建立符合"EAN·UCC國(guó)際編碼系統(tǒng)”的葡萄酒信息標(biāo)識(shí)體系。本文采用國(guó)際通用的商品編碼與條碼標(biāo)識(shí)技術(shù),提出并建立了酒葡萄的種植、葡萄酒產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、加工包裝、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)、銷售、消費(fèi)全生命周期的信息編碼規(guī)范,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)葡萄酒生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈中可能存在安全隱患的環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)記錄與追蹤,以滿足生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、監(jiān)管部門、銷售企業(yè)能方便、有序地進(jìn)行管理的要求,以與國(guó)際貿(mào)易相接軌。第二,建立葡萄酒產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管及追溯體系基本框架。通過(guò)葡萄酒生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈分析,明確供應(yīng)鏈主要參與者及實(shí)物流和信息流,構(gòu)建由產(chǎn)品信息管理、政府部門監(jiān)督管理、產(chǎn)品銷售管理、消費(fèi)者溯源查詢四部分組成的葡萄酒產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管及追溯體系基本框架。第三,葡萄酒產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管及追溯體系軟件平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)。在對(duì)葡萄酒產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管及追溯軟件系統(tǒng)需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,完成了系統(tǒng)軟件開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)選擇、功能分析、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、安全機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì),開(kāi)發(fā)了基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)站平臺(tái)和基于C/S結(jié)構(gòu)的短信平臺(tái),綜合運(yùn)用SQL Server、ASP.NET、AJAX、 JavaScript等技術(shù)完成了系統(tǒng)軟件的開(kāi)發(fā),并進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)預(yù)定功能。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand and consumption of wine in China, the incidents of wine quality and safety also occur frequently. It is urgent to establish a set of quality and safety supervision and traceability system for wine products. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the development background and research status of the wine product quality and safety supervision and traceability system, puts forward the international standardized marking system of the key node information in the wine production supply chain, and probes into the design mode of the system in detail. System architecture and development technology, complete the system requirements analysis, overall design, detailed design, coding implementation, testing and so on. The main achievements have three aspects. First, establish the wine information identification system in accordance with EAN UCC International coding system. Based on international commodity coding and bar code marking technology, this paper presents and establishes the information coding specification for the whole life cycle of wine grape production, wine production, processing, packaging, storage and transportation, sales and consumption. In order to meet the requirements of production enterprises, regulatory authorities and sales enterprises to manage wine production supply chain conveniently and orderly, the key data record and tracking of the possible hidden safety problems in wine production supply chain can be realized, in order to meet the requirements of international trade. Second, establish the basic framework of wine quality and safety supervision and traceability system. Through the analysis of wine production supply chain, the main participants and material flow and information flow of the supply chain are defined, and product information management, supervision and management of government departments, product sales management are constructed. The basic framework of quality and safety supervision and traceability system of wine products composed of four parts of consumer traceability inquiry. Thirdly, the design and development of the software platform for quality and safety supervision and traceability of wine products. On the basis of supervision of wine product quality and safety and requirement analysis of tracing software system, the system software development technology selection, function analysis, database design, security mechanism design are completed. The platform of Web site based on B / S structure and the platform of short message based on C / S structure are developed. The system software is developed by using SQL Server ASP. Net Ajax, JavaScript and so on. The system is tested and the predefined function of the system is realized.
