【摘要】：隨著全球金融風(fēng)暴對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的不斷沖擊和各國政治、社會環(huán)境的巨大變化,中小生產(chǎn)企業(yè)(SMPEs)對外貿(mào)易形勢不容樂觀,再加上顧客需求復(fù)雜多變、交貨期的要求越來越高,令企業(yè)壓力日益劇增。SMPEs要在競爭激烈的環(huán)境中生存和發(fā)展,不少企業(yè)從傳統(tǒng)的按庫存生產(chǎn)(MTS, Make-To-Stock)轉(zhuǎn)向訂單式生產(chǎn)(MTO,Make-To-Order)。對基于MTO模式的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理進(jìn)行研究具有很好的現(xiàn)實(shí)和理論意義。 本文采用數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃的方法對MTO供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理進(jìn)行研究,主要目標(biāo)是供應(yīng)鏈整體總成本最小化。 (1)對基于MTO模式的供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行界定,在分析傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營模式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出基于MTO的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、特征和運(yùn)作模式,提出MTO供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理。 (2)分析和總結(jié)了供應(yīng)鏈的現(xiàn)有優(yōu)化方法,指出供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理建模的方法有通過契約實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理、多Agent系統(tǒng)仿真和數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃方法；分析了MTO供應(yīng)鏈中各環(huán)節(jié)的成本影響因素。 (3)分析了供應(yīng)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)成本結(jié)構(gòu),建立了包括供應(yīng)商、生產(chǎn)商和零售商的總成本模型,最后建立了基于MT0模式的SMPEs供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理模型。 (4)通過算例分析,驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous impact of the global financial storm on the world economic system and the tremendous changes in the political and social environment of various countries, the foreign trade situation of the small and medium-sized production enterprises (SMPEs) is not optimistic. In addition, the customer demand is complex and changeable, and the demand for delivery time is becoming higher and higher. As a result, the pressure of enterprises is increasing day by day. In order to survive and develop in the competitive environment, many enterprises have changed from the traditional production of MTS according to inventory, Make-To-Stock to the ordered production of MTOO Make-To-Ordero. It is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the supply chain collaborative management based on MTO mode. In this paper, the cooperative management of MTO supply chain is studied by means of mathematical programming. The main goal is to minimize the overall total cost of the supply chain. Firstly, the supply chain based on MTO mode is defined. On the basis of analyzing the traditional supply chain operation mode, the structure, characteristics and operation mode of supply chain based on MTO are put forward, and the collaborative management of supply chain based on MTO is put forward. 2) analyzing and summarizing the existing optimization methods of supply chain, pointing out that the modeling methods of supply chain collaborative management include contract implementation, multi-Agent system simulation and mathematical planning method. The cost influencing factors of each link in MTO supply chain are analyzed. 3) the cost structure of each link of supply chain is analyzed, and the total cost model including supplier, manufacturer and retailer is established. Finally, the collaborative management model of SMPEs supply chain based on MT0 mode is established. 4) the validity of the model is verified by an example.
